I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.
The woman who greeted me and took my order was extremely rude from the start. She told me I only had 10 minutes to order. Shortly after I was seated, a group of four white men came in and were greeted warmly. They were immediately brought chips and salsa. I was not offered chips, salsa, or even water.
The difference in service was noticeable and uncomfortable.
When I received my bill, I was shocked to see that gratuity had been added automatically, even though I was dining alone. They also charged 50 cents for takeout boxes, which felt unnecessary on top of everything else.
As for the food, it was just okay, nothing that made up for the poor service.
Overall, the experience left a bad impression, and I would not return.

Stopped in for lunch after a hard morning on the sand. The “working man’s lunch” with 5 wings, taco and soda for 10$ was absolutely amazing. Guac and salsa also top notch. Great spot for any time of the day!

We wanted some Mexican food, saw this place, and gave it a try. Now their salsa isn’t runny. It’s more like a pico with tomato, onion, and cilantro. It was still good! I ordered the mexicali roll. It was great! Waitress bartender was super sweet and very nice.

The fish tacos are delicious and gigantic! I ordered rice and beans but it was unnecessary because the taco was so filling. Shrimp tostada was also very good. Their house made salsas were fantastic, the hot one was my favorite. Great flavor and it has enough heat to make you feel it.

I’ve had the fish tacos probably 20+ times and it’s always the same, which isn’t bad when we’re talking about the best fish tacos on the beach. Old school surf vibes good happy hour. Must have when on the board walk.

Made the mistake of coming here again. I used to come here all the time for the amazing food, the one black cook, the bigger white cook that talked a little funny and the other white cook with all the arm tattoos and big gauges made the food perfect every time…up until last summer I didn’t see 2 of them there anymore and the food instantly went to shit. The guy with the long black hair in the kitchen was arrogant and obviously drunk the food he made was horrible, tacos barely had anything in them and the blonde orange bartender was absent more then present. I tried to send the food back through the drunk cook who said he was the new manager he muttered something unintelligible and walked away. I went a second time that summer same drunk manager cooking and same terrible experience. Then I tried again yesterday, the cooks were obviously trained by the drunko because the food was just as horrible. What a shame SMH I won’t be going back unless I hear the good cooks are back.

Visiting from out of town, came here after a long day mostly allured by the prices. Was knocked out the park with how good the food was, and the amount of food as well. The blackened chicken nachos sent me into a trance, and my family enjoyed their dishes as well. We took our food to go which basically equated to a whole extra meal, which is outstanding considering the pricing compared to other places in the area. Unfortunately didn’t catch our waitress’ name but she was nice and attentive. Delicious, affordable and comfortable. Would definitely return if visiting again.

Food was FANTASTIC! Service was fair. Our waitress was wonderful. Super friendly and was on her game. Never once had an empty cup. She had my refill before I even had to ask. Nachos were great. Had I known how big they were I wouldn’t have ordered a meal. Taco salad and the pipeline were just as good…. only complaint I really have was the ladies room was nasty. Water leaking onto the floor. Ceiling leaking. Kinda gross.
