This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it. We sat down, and there. It’s in the heart of Fields Corner across the street from the shopping plaza. It’s also a fish market as well. The amount of people we saw coming in out to buy or pickup food was crazy, but that let us know that food is good. They cook everything fresh, and made it order, because we had to wait for about 25 mins until our food came out, which we didn’t mind, but if you’re in a rush it’s best to call ahead. The tartar sauce, and cold slaw was really good, and when saw our food it was a lot. We both got the fishermans platter, and since we both don’t like calamari we was able to replace it my bf got extra fish, and I got oysters. Overall my bf, and I would definitely go back again. The fish was fried to perfection. And their prices are very reasonable as well. I enjoyed myself…

Bought seafood platters-terrible. Calamari was overcooked and hard. Only 3 scallops in each platter. Small shrimp. Fish was thin and fried extremely hard. It seemed as though everything was fried in the same gritty coating & grease. Even the fries were hard. 1st and last time at this place.

I ordered a second time since I enjoyed the food the first time several months ago. However I did not have the same outcome this time around. I got thr fish, shrimp and scallop plate. I was given 4 very small scallops along with 4 very small shrimp that were overcooked. The fish had maybe two good pieces the rest where so thin it was just all batter and no fish. I also ordered the crab rangoons immediately looking at those you can see the lack of filling. There was very little filling felt like I was just eating crispy wontons. I will not be ordering again

Like many reviewers said it’s a good idea, but in practice? Not so much. First I want to say the fisherman’s platter that I got was too salty! And this is coming from someone who loves well seasoned food. Also the seafood itself wasn’t’ fresh. You can tell by the smell of it. It was very fishy and lingered for several days in my car after I purchased the food. I also didn’t like the fries either. They tasted like they had been refried a few times. But there are some positives. The ideas implemented in this establishment are very good I think if they tone down the salt a little and change the fries they’ll be on their way to the top!

First time here. Fish has no taste, Onion ring sour (one of them), Shrimp was good, Scallops were good. The Calamari was chewy but good, if I air fry them & it taste better tomorrow I’ll update my rating otherwise I give them a 3; because I see the potential.
Another thing the cashier is NICE & PATIENT. You might think she’s rude bc she says “what” when you ask her something but it maybe a language barrier.

I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich, taste like the fish been sitting for a while. They don’t take time to follow directions. I said NO MAYO and they put Mayo on there. I also found a hard shell piece from a lobster in my sandwich. Not worth the price. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM.
