On January 30, I’ve tried the amazing Strawberry Freezecake and beautiful tropical atmosphere. It reminded me of traveling with my family on a cruise ship to the Bahamas, Nassau during summer last time. Today at February 1, the staff was friendly and even liked the anime concept artwork I shared. I show her the paper that I’ve print. I hope every staffs see that anime concepts I visualize. Highly recommend — stay cool, Jupiter!

Love this place. The shaved is soft and the flavors are all good. I love ice cream in the bottom. With all the add ons it can get pricy but is so good.

Came two nights in a row while we were visiting from NY for the weekend. The young staff was very sweet. An alarm was going off when we arrived the second night because of a neighboring business so after telling us this had happened before and it would be resolved within twenty minutes we waited outside. It took less than five minutes but after everything was settled the manager Brian unlocked the doors and thirty seconds later told the staff to close almost an hour early and claimed to have “left” already when I asked if I could speak to him. Thirty seconds. Boo Brian. That sucked.

We visited to get snow cones for the kids. The store was super clean and modern. It has the look of a brand new location. It was attractive and inviting. It was not busy when we ordered a slushie and a snow cone with Nerds on top. We ordered the small size of each, which was much more than the kids wanted. We were disappointed that after a few bites, the kids didn’t want to finish what we got them, so the adults finished what was left over. Of course, the kids still wanted something after getting items they soon did not want. My advice is for anything new, to order smaller than you might think you want. I was amused that their sizes step up from baby to small to medium to large to avalanche to Everest. Baby would have been the right choice for us.

Just like shaved ice in Hawaii, this place has good flavors and is perfectly balanced and not too sweet. We ordered the POG (pineapple, Orange, Guava) and a blue bubblegum and coconut. The service was quick and the staff were polite.

We love Bahama Bucks. The Shaved ice is the best with a wide variety of flavors. Service is OK to good depending on who’s there. My biggest complaint is the SMELL. Nasty pungent chemical smell. We left after getting our treats because the smell was so bad.

Me and my family have being going to this location since it opened. My kids get very excite the minute they know we are going there. Their shaved ice is the finest quality, and you have many flavors to choose from. Service was impeccable considering they were busy tonight. They also serve ice cream there.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. The teenagers running the store tonight attempted to serve melted yogurt as a yogurt bowl. We requested an alternate yogurt be used, it was frozen solid. We then just asked for a refund. The Teens were unable to process the refund after 20 minutes fiddling. They then got the owner on the phone. The owner refused to issue a cash refund. He said the manager will handle it tomorrow. We will see. What kind of owner would not assist a customer that was dissatisfied. An Ice cream shop is just down the block, go there. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS LOCATION. This owner does not deserve your business.
