Was in the store 6/5/24 from 2-2:30 there was two young boys and 2 young girls working. The state of the store when we came in was every table was sticky with puddles of melted snocone and our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked to our seat. Our order was taken promptly and received in a timely manner. As we sat we watched the workers on their phones and one boy sitting on a counter. No side work or cleaning being done. Eventually after discussing this openly with my husband one of the boys came and cleaned table tops.

A perfect treat for a scorching hot Saturday afternoon! The service was fast and friendly, and the owner was outside cleaning tables in between customers so we felt safe eating outside. The only downside was that there was a very hungry bee that kept landing on our cups and was even on my hand so be careful if you eat outside. Highly recommend!

Sour patch, root beer and mangonada. All tasted pretty good. my mangonada tasted like coconut when I asked for natural mango but it was still good. We ordered a size baby and were happy with the large portion sizes.

The shaved ice here is kinda soft and very easy to eat. It’s not hard so it’s not hard on the teeth either which I give a thumbs up to. They have a wide variety of flavors. They took a bit longer than I expected to make the shaved ice but it it was worth it. They’re also adhering to social distancing guidelines well customer-wise.

I went on a friday at 9:19pm and lights were off and the doors were locked. On apple maps, google maps and their website it says they are open until 10pm. This is very disappointing as I really enjoy the options they provide.

Uhh what? Came in here at 8:30 and there were three girls working. This one girl was throwing a fit wanting to leave work and made it a horrible atmosphere. She then proceeded to turn off ALL the lights in the whole place saying “well we close in 30 minutes.” The other girls had to turn some of the lights back on. Which? Even if you close at 9 that’s weird and Google said they close at 10. She then threw a fit and sat on the floor. (Pictured)

I have kids that love shaved ice. As a result, I frequent the Bee Cave BB at least 2 times a month for the past year. I will not return after tonight- a) filthy (always), I have to clean my own table every time; b) service, kids are standard employees and they always appear overwhelmed and irritated; c) drink quality last few times was not good – too much syrup/not enough, smoothies that are not thick but liquid; and d) tonight the store was infested with ants all over the main entrance and throughout the floor from the front of the store to the back. I had to leave because my daughter was afraid to put her feet down on the floor. I have been supportive for a long time but this is it. I feel compelled to alert public health authorities due to the sustained filth and my concern for public health. So disappointed. The premium price per drink should support better quality, service, cleanliness, and experience. Management- do your job!
