First time experience was right on the money. Everything was very good and exactly what we ordered. This place has the price point, maybe even free dollars cheaper, as Red Robin but in my opinion the food was better. The burgers have a bit more flare to them and the flavors are spot on.

Had prior good experiences at this restaurant and really enjoyed their food, but that all changed on my last visit. My burger was slightly under cooked, and not being one to complain I let it go. Later that night and continued into the next day, I paid the price for my courtesy. Food poisoning is no joke and will quickly ruin your week. Anyways, a place that is known for their burgers should know how to cook one. That’s my food for thought.

I ordered my burger medium and it was burnt to a crisp. My mother ordered a chicken salad, they forgot to put chicken on it. They don’t have coke/pepsi, they only have their own brand pop and it’s not so good. My kids ordered grilled cheese. One sandwich was fine, the other was a hamburger bun inside out with cheese. The cheese wouldn’t even stick to the bun.

Reviewing chain restaurants is funny. Most folks go because they know what they’re getting – reliable and tasty burgers and of course, Mac ‘n Cheese. The service at this location is always friendly and attentive and we come here frequently.

First time I came here 6mos ago I left saying I would never come back. I went to the Downtown location with some friends gave it another try and now I eat here 2 times a week– SAD but true. I come to the Woodhaven location and I just love the new Crispy Cheeseburger and the Great American Cheeseburger. I order well done and it’s cooked to perfection because I do not like pink and I don’t want it over cooked and dry. This place cooks my burger perfect each time I come. It’s never dry, burnt or over cooked. I like this place better than five guys and red robin Now. I still eat at the other places but I love this place more.

They have an awesome burger menu. I had the mahi mahi burger and, it was delicious. Their service was great, their fries were good. The appetizer was exquisite, I don’t understand why they only have 3 stars? The Man loved his burger, as well. If I’m ever in Michigan again, this will be on the “go to” list. Very good!

I’d like more seasoning on the burgers and for the food to always be hot. Especially the fries. Quality control seems to be the issue. Buns are often soggy from burger too. For a franchise, they could do better. If they could manage that, they would probably do more business.
