The bagels are decent but they seem annoyed that you’re there. The chairs were put up and drinks were shut off 45 minutes before their posted closing time (but they sold me a drink cup without mentioning that) . If you don’t want to be open and serve people then just close earlier. They were out of many things(or just didn’t want to serve them). It’s like they wanted us to apologize for having the audacity to eat there.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a poppy seed bagel, and it was absolutely delicious crispy bacon, and a fresh, chewy bagel that tied it all together. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving a fantastic breakfast bagels

Somehow a bagel place with half its menu dedicated to turkey doesn’t actually have turkey. That alone tells you everything you need to know.
Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese—clearly listed on the menu—and then got charged extra for sliced cheese. Not a special request. Not an upgrade. Just… cheese. On a sandwich that already includes it.
This isn’t a bagel shop, it’s a nickel-and-dime operation disguised as breakfast. Absolute money-grabbing greed with a side of incompetence. Save your cash and your patience—go literally anywhere else.

walked to the establishment instantly felt uncomfortable, asked for a blueberry bagel, before I could say butter and cheese i was interrupted and was asked is that it , advised I wanted butter and cream cheese , young lady took payment didnt want for the receipt to print she answered her phone and walked away, The bagel broke apart while being toasted the young lady piled on a pound of cream cheese that when I got home I could store it for use for the next week. poor customer service, I felt rushed and matter of factual I wont be back!!!!

Went here for the first time and wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with nearly everything. The staff? Super friendly and understanding. When I asked for a recommendation they said to go with the bacon egg and cheese. It was a little busy but despite that I got my order relatively quick, and the sandwich itself was really good too. Would come back again.

I have be coming to this place for years, but I have a different kind of review. On Sunday I got distracted talking with a middle school friend and left my wallet on the counter. I didn’t even realize it at the time. I got a FB and Insta message not even 2 hrs later saying that they have my wallet and I can come get it. I just want to give a huge shout out to the entire staff on Sunday 9/28/25. Especially Saby P. who reached out to me with the good news. Thank you again!! Honesty and Integrity these days are hard to find! My faith in humanity is restored thanks to the employee’s at the Jax Bch location! Keep up the amazing work!

Usually we come in and everything is great but this morning we ordered pick up for 4 bagels toasted with butter and we received 3 bagels uncut, and not toasted and 1 bagel sliced and toasted. I get everyone has bad days but it is just disappointing to have to eat a bagel unsliced and toasted when you placed an order for pick up.

I arrived and 9:05 am and the bagel selection was limited – I guess you have to get there early. I wanted to order a bagel with lox, but it was $12.99 which was twice the price I expected. Instead, I ordered a toasted salt bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was only slightly toasted. Next time I will order the bagel to be toasted darker. The folks behind the counter seemed tired. Overall, the bagel was good and the preparation time was quick.

Ordered takeout, we had to go back in because the forgot to give us the orange juice we ordered. Then, when we opened the sandwich, they had forgotten the bacon we paid an extra $2.25 for.
