Bagels are ok but a major improvement would be if they proofed the bagels longer so the inside of the bagel is more airy. Also the one worker who cooked my eggs and cheese sandwich someone should show her how to cook eggs. She kept searing and turning the eggs like it was a hamburger. Waaaaaaaay tooooo much.

Bagels are great and most of the people are very nice however there’s one young lady there who always has an attitude is not very nice. I am always nice..say good morning and thank you and she just gives this look of i dont want to be here and says nothing back. Not sure why they allow her to be like that to customers. There are plenty of bagel places in the area. Its rude so I will not be going back to this location.

Great bagels! Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time on the weekends & a Monday holiday (there usually open) but one whoa I have is that even tho you order for p/u you still have to wait on line, there is no pick up area. Upside at least it’s ready once you get to the front of the line.

The people who answer the phone should take a basic customer service course and also turn down the attitudes. You can’t understand or hear them on the phone, to much background noises and yelling. very frustrating experience.

Very good!!! I have been coming here since 2013 and this place is always good. Consistency is key for me at resturants and I understand that is a very hard to maintain in the food industry because staff is limited and good works are hard to come by. But this location is super clean, the staff is very friendly, fast service and the food comes out hot and fresh down to how they wrap the sandwiches. A+ for me!!! Below is a Bacon egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel. Yum! Two fried eggs three big strips of Bacon cooked just right and melted yellow American cheese. I like that the bacon is crispy but still has more to it and does not crumble. Bagel is lightly toasted and lighted buttered, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Highly recommended!

I always had a good experience with them they are quick to take out an order like yes there be times where they have long lines but the cut it down quickly and the food comes out fresh ans well done. Personally, this is my favorite bagel shop, and I will never get over their chicken salad bagel and the bagel bomb!
