Let me preface with the fact i ordered from bagelati NEARLY every morning the past few months on uber eats. The food is tasty and always comes how you order it which is nice, never had a order come incorrect. I also really enjoy their refreshers, not to sweet and really addicting.
Now for why i gave 3 stars, as i said i order my food through uber. Im unsure if its the way you guys are storing the bagels at the store or delivery time. But i find my bagels to be kinda stale 1/2 of the time i order. Its not like a full staleness so its tolerable but its definitely a noticeable staleness would love to see the consistency worked on a bit. Other than that i absolutely love bagelati and suggest everyone try it !
SIDE NOTE: for all i know this could simply be a delivery issue, that being said dont use my review to judge them. Ive seen plenty of good reviews regarding their freshness. Id only pay attention to my review if you intend to order !

Everything I’ve tried here has been amazing! They even make their own ice cream, which you definitely need to try. The staff are super friendly, and the owners are right there running the place themselves. It’s a true family business and honestly just perfect.

This is my first review of the new year.My family was hungry, and we decided to give Bagelati a try.
The atmosphere of this store is very nice. The seats are all cushioned, and some have pillows. The tables are done in a faux marble.
The food here is really good. The bagels are fresh and seem to be made on the premises. My entire family enjoyed them.
The service here is good. The people behind the counter are friendly and attentive. Our food came out as we ordered it. There were no issues.
I will definitely pay this place another visit as I do want to try other things on their menu, like the Gelato and their lunch menu.
Give this place a try if you’re in the area!

I have been here twice looking for the elusive veggie tuna. The poor woman behind the counter is always so apologetic. We kidded about missing it again.
My well done bagel with regular tuna was fantastic

I stopped by the new spot, Bagelati, and tried their bagel with egg and cheese. It was delicious! The place is newly opened, with comfortable seating, a clean environment, and a very friendly staff. I’m definitely planning to bring my family for Sunday breakfast.

Bagelati is a solid spot if you’re craving a good bagel. The service was great, and the bagels fresh and tasty. However, the drinks are a bit of a letdown. They’re pretty pricey, and it feels like you’re paying more for ice than the actual beverage. Also, while most of the staff is friendly, there were a couple of employees who came off as rude, which kinda put a damper on the overall experience. If they could fix the drink would be great, because they said “that is the recipe is the same at Starbucks” this place would easily be a top pick

The place is nice and you can actually sit and eat unlike most bagel stores. The food used to be great when they first opened. The past couple of times it did not taste good it was very bland. Today I called in an order and requested extra ham, which had an extra charge of $2.75. The problem is I got the sandwich and there is one slice of ham. They list on a chalkboard there’s free coffee with each breakfast sandwich monday- Friday but I had to ask for it. Never before did they give it to me and I only saw it this visit. Even when I asked they looked confused. Unfortunately we really wanted to love this place since our business is close but I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Went to check it out for the first time. They did a really nice job transforming the space. Very big, clean and sleek looking. I ordered a medium iced coffee and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese.
My bagel wasn’t toasted and it was very sloppily put together. There was way too much cream cheese and very messy. Everything bagel was OK but didn’t have much flavor. I didn’t have it corrected because I waited till I got back home before I opened the bag up and tried the bagel.
Sounds like kinks need to be worked out there from other reviews. I’ll give them a second chance but going to wait a few months.

Really fresh. I walked inn and ordered an everything bagel with veggies creamcheese and a coffee (machiato) and a chocolate muffin, everything was worth it. Service was very quick, the whole visit took no more then 10 minutes. And the cream cheese and bagel were very fresh. Really nice environment as well. Very pleasent and clean.
