I REALLY love the food here. The bagels are by far the best in all of South Jersey and the cream cheeses and hot sandwiches are just as delicious. We literally take them down to the shore for brunches because they are better than anything down there! The only issue I’ve ever had is the online ordering system with specific items or changes. Over Christmas, I placed an online order for a few days out and they delivered it the next day. They re-delivered the bagels on the correct day but there were no GF bagels which were definitely needed as half the brunch attendees were celiac. Now, the point of the story is, they did come BACK out and delivered the gluten free bagels which means they made 3 deliveries for 1 order so they made it right bc their customer service is incredible. Today I ordered an egg and bacon bagel with no cheese and there ended up being cheese on it which normally I wouldn’t care but I am having an aversion to cheese right now and didn’t realize until I was too far away to go back. *Update* they AGAIN made it right by offering my next sammy on the house. Again, absolutely LOVE this place and can’t recommend it enough, I’d just advise to call ahead or order there if it’s not something standard as I think the system itself isn’t always accurate for special orders.

We enjoy their food however the last 3 times we have been there the order has been messed up. We only order for 2 people so its not like its a crazy big order and someone mixed things up. We have also placed an order over the phone for pick up and got there to pick it up and were told they didn’t have something we ordered, which would have been nice to know when we placed the order.

I went to pick up some food and you were not greeted when you walked in the door. The service was very slow. And on top of that, a young lady that was preparing orders has multiple piercings on her ear, which is fine but she was digging ear crud from her earring. That is disgusting so my recommendations for management to look into that as guests are coming into your establishment, they should be greeted with the hello good morning something and if they have piercings, they should not be digging their piercings and cleaning them right there as they’re at the food prepping station. I did not take any pictures, but I did see this with my own eyes.

I love these bagels but this place has really gone down hill in the years I have been buying here. The size of the bagels have gone down quite a bit and they have huge problems with consistency. I always get a lot of reject bagels in my delivery order. Either burnt or misshapen and many of the specialty bagels like the asiago have basically no cheese on them at all. For the price that you pay I expect better quality bagels.

BEWARE!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my first experience ordering from this business will also be my last. My boyfriend and I placed an order through their website for delivery. The site clearly stated a $35 delivery minimum, so I ensured my order met that requirement and even added a tip. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call informing me that my order could not be fulfilled unless I paid an additional $4. I declined and asked them to keep the order as originally placed. Moments later, I received a confirmation text stating my order was completed and ready for delivery.
Five minutes later, a female staff member called and told me the order could not be delivered unless it totaled $50 or more, claiming their website was incorrect due to “WiFi issues.” My home is only 25 minutes away, and the website had already accepted both my order and payment. Despite this, the staff member was extremely unprofessional raising her voice, speaking disrespectfully, and hanging up on me three separate times. All of this happened simply because I requested an immediate refund, which she claimed she could not guarantee. I eventually received a call from the manager/owner, but instead of resolving the situation professionally, he was also rude, loud, and sarcastic. He made no effort to apologize for the behavior of his staff or for the inconvenience caused. Instead, he questioned why I would even expect delivery if I lived 25 minutes away despite the fact that their own website accepted my order and payment without issue. I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the most disrespectful and humiliating customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Their behavior was unprofessional, their communication was unacceptable, and the entire experience was deeply frustrating.

Apart from someone running into the side of the building and knocking the ceiling and the side of the wall down… service was already running really slow. …it was a Saturday late morning. Park lot was packed and people were parked on both sides of the side road. So ofcourse going in I knew it was going to be busy but I assumed the wait would be worth it…I ordered 1 pork roll egg and cheese on a bagel . Waited 40 mins. Expected this to be amazing because of all the customers! Bagel was given to me in a greasy opened wrapper. It looked good but had no taste and was falling apart as I was eating it. Pork roll slices were to thick so it kept sliding out of the sandwich. Maybe I’ll try again on another day!

Wow I can see why this place gets packed quick and so does the parking lot! It’s a bit hectic trying to find a spot, but we finally found delicious bagels in Cumberland County! Thank you!! We tried the sesame and French toast and roasted at home. We will be back for more!
