Great variety of bagels and flavors, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The bagels were good quality, but if I am being honest, they did not quite match that classic New Jersey bagel standard. Still a solid spot with great service.

Fantastic spot for breakfast right in the heart of Metuchen! One of the few places in town with actual parking — a huge plus. The bagels were fresh, perfectly toasted, and paired so well with the jalapeño cream cheese. I also tried the blueberry cupcakes, and they were delicious!
The service was top-notch — lots of staff helping out, and billing was super quick. The place has a nice vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Coffee could be a bit better, but overall, the prices were reasonable and the experience was great. Definitely a go-to breakfast spot in Metuchen!

This place IS A MUST GO TO WHEN IN THE AREA ‼️ . I’ll tell you how great this service was, as you walk in you can smell the fresh bagels and the variety of cream cheeses to choose from even vegetarian. They are not stingy with the cream cheese either. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a hot chocolate with almond milk. The best part was the today specials menu because that’s where I chose the kale and chicken soup. You can sit on the tall chair table or you can relax on their leather couch seats that has a spacious coffee table. I waited 3 maybe 5 minutes tops because my soup was getting freshly heated up. Overall this place had everything I needed and the best part is apparently they have more locations so they must be doing something right. Great detail about this location it’s in the heart of many things like Whole Foods, Walgreens, a gas station and a pastry shop.

They opened back up after several months (yrs?) of being closed. Busy, small parking lot as always on a busy Rt 27 road.
Ordered my usual pork roll (Taylor ham), egg, & cheese ~ $7. The bagel is still good – has the tough crust on the outside, probably one of the best bagels in Middlesex County, however the sandwich is just ok. It was a single fried egg, with 2 thin slices of pork roll and barely any cheese. I felt like I was eating a plain bagel.
Maybe just order your bagels to go and make your sandwiches at home yourself if you can.
Lines can be long but they move. The person that takes your order is the same person who makes the sandwich, which keeps it organized and minimizes incorrect orders. So it’s a hit or miss if you have someone who is hygienically conscious or not.

I’ve been coming to this bagel place for many years. Always very busy. They closed for some time but looks like they are open again. Parking lot is small and gets very busy.
Gloves should be used when making the sandwiches and not reused when handling money or cleaning/sweeping.
Bagels are good especially when you get them fresh however the pork roll sandwiches come out very greasy and dark as if the grill hasn’t been cleaned. Quality has been going down as they get more popular.

This place has very high ratings for a reason, bagels were super soft and fresh. Many varieties of cream cheese and bagels.
Parking is kinda limited in peak times but there is a big parking lot next to the shop. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating available. Crew is super fast and helpful.
There’s also grab and go premade dessert and drinks. Bagel CC taste was just up to the point, no complaints. Vibe was chill and relaxing, good place to start the day. Tried:
Walnut cc with sesame bagel(5 starts if you like sweet bagel cc)
Would definitely visit again to try other CC flavors.

Went on a Saturday morning, service was very fast, friendly, and efficient! They have several people working. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Bagels are good. This time around I had a pork roll, egg, and cheese, which was good, but only two thin slices of pork roll.
