With a line out the door I thought “this place must be incredible!” After about a 30min wait for a simple bagel I was so excited. Our expectations weren’t exactly met. Employees seemed annoyed we were there, bagels weren’t toasted, and the sandwiches were just “okay”.

Pretty wack breakfast sandwiches I gotta say. I enjoyed my bagel and lox but this bacon egg and cheese is a nightmare. Microwave bacon, rubbery eggs and a meh bagel.

Very slow service. It took 20 minutes to get two bagel sandwiches. I ordered the tuna fish and it was extremely wet with no taste to it. Almost like they didn’t drain it and slathered it in mayo. Another time, I ordered a bagel, paid for it, and found out when they were making it they were out of my bagel type and I had to pick another one. It’s too bad because the bagels themselves are decent. It’s just all the other stuff that makes me not want to come here again.

I don’t live in Vermont anymore and I miss this place! Great New York style bagels. I always get the New Yorker (pictured) or a dozen day olds with a container of cream cheese and I always spend less than $10.

I must say that this is by far the worst breakfast bagel I have ever had there, since when is it okay to put a golf ball sized egg on a normal size bagel. Who ever put this one together did a horrible job, there were huge extra mushrooms (slice them smaller, hunks of mushrooms are not tasty), enough onion for four and not even stacked well. I also asked for the bagel to be super toasted and didn’t even get that.

Really wanted to like it here. Gave it three tries and ended up just eating the cream cheese off the bagel each time.

Every so often I like to give this place a chance to redeem itself because everyone speaks so highly of them!

This was my go-to place, but it has fallen so far and it’s just a pain to order here now.

Second time coming here, both times were amazing. Fast service, even when busy. They did mess up my friend’s order by putting meat on her vegetarian sandwich, but overall great! Rec: roast turkey on Vermont maple oat or anything with apple on a maple bagel

I normally enjoy the steak and eggs, but today it was not good. I ordered it toasted, and the roast beef was cold, pink, and bloody. The bagel was not very pleasant looking with saggy, pink, beef curtains oozing out of sides. I asked why the meat wasn’t brown after being toasted, and the response was that some people make it differently. It was very busy, and the staff was very pleasant. I wouldn’t have cared waiting 40 minutes if I had got what I have come to expect.
