Bagel Chalet did another fantastic breakfast catering job for 80 people for us. Bagels, pastries, sliced fruit were all fresh and delicious. Mario provided excellent service and made sure delivery of order was complete and right on time! Highly recommend!!

I am a night worker, and I was craving for a BEC bagel when I woke up. As we all know, the bagel places around Bellmore and Merrick close around 2-3pm, and when I saw Bagel Chalet were still opened, I decided to come here! Glad I did too! The service was great, and the BEC on a cinnamon raisin bagel was delicious! Coffee was still pretty good too. I’ll definitely be back if I ever have a craving for a late breakfast on my nights off!

The sausage, egg and cheese was decent, definitely not worth $10. The small Potatoes also decent, but not worth $6. Add a blueberry muffin and iced latte all for $30, definitely not worth that price for a regular breakfast run. Never again…prices too high for what you get.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. Got cream cheese. This may seem small and trivial but bagel chalet has gotten so bad lately with their service. The bagels are great, but there are constant mistakes. This place has 10 people sitting down and a few on line, it’s not crazy busy where they can’t pay attention and listen. 7/10 times we have a problem here. Usually it takes a very long time to get our order because they put it on top of the toaster To Go meanwhile we said to stay, and it’ll be wrong or it’ll be wrapped up to go instead of given in a tray which again, doesn’t seem like a big deal but it comes down to listening. The staff aren’t listening closely to the customers and are screwing orders up. There’s no accountability. No leadership. No manager on duty. No veteran staff to guide anyone. It’s all kids and people who may not have the greatest English, hence all the mistakes. We have looked past it many times but I think they’ve lost our business.

I travel to NY every year to purchase Bagel Chalet’s Bialy’s & Bagels, they are the best.. I had an incredible experience at this bagel shop! Their wide variety of bagels & cream cheese is absolutely on point, and I was delighted by the range of choices available. Each bagel I tried was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. But that’s not all their cold brew coffee is simply amazing. It was the perfect complement to my bagel and made my visit even more enjoyable. I visit a friend in Merrick three times a year, and Bagel Chalet has become my favorite breakfast spot. The bagels are very good, the coffee is excellent, and they make a great breakfast sandwich (I get scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on a soft roll). The place is very clean, with comfortable booths and lots of tables. They make breakfast sandwiches to order, and bring them to your table when they’re ready. It’s Monday morning, and I’m just finishing my coffee. I’ll be back tomorrow!
