As much as we love this place , the last 2 times we were there we e ordered chic salad sandwiches with cheese and bacon on white toast , first time it was served on a bagel, realized that after we got home, second tome no cheese. The young lady taking the order was busy looking at her phone! For 26 bucks for 2 sandwiches and a drink I would appreciate getting the order correct!

This place is too expensive!!! More than New York I bought two Bialys one with cream cheese and one with butter. They charge me two dollars for cream cheese and $1.25 for butter. The bagels are $1.75 each. 2 / nitro cold brew .. for 10.00 .. I think he ripped me off ! This place should get trouble ! I want answer? Are you guys out of your mind charging someone like that well I won’t be going there anymore.. . $17.92.!!! I did not give tip for what!!! very rude the man that works there and I should go back there and tell him to give me my five dollars back is supposed to cream cheese $.75 .. not two dollars for a plain cream cheese and toasted butter for $1.25 putting butter on there if you read this .. Went there this morning and I was waiting in line watching the two guys who were making the bagels. The main guy making the food has his gloves on while touching his dirty cell phone. Then he walked to the register touched some nasty dollar bills and change at the register and grabbed a bagel litterly right after. I was blown away money is the most dirtiest thing in the world and hes grabbing someone’s bagel right after. I walked right out completely grossed out. They have no idea how to be sanitary would never recommend this place ever.

Great menu and fast service. They have hazelnut flavored coffee where hazelnut flavoring is in the coffee ground, you don’t have to add syrup and I haven’t seen that in many coffee locations in SF.

First of all I want to start off by saying. This place was filthy especially the bathrooms. I ordered some bagels to take home. When I open up my bagels they where burnt and my bagel had hair cook in the bagel totally disgusting never go back there again. Beware of this place. There’s many other good bagel shops out there.
