Ordered a chicken salad with my salad and they forgot to put the chicken in. I called to have them reimburse the whole thing including the salad because what’s the point of eating a salad if there’s no protein ? Gave me a hard time. Said because I got the salad they can’t reimburse me. Never had this issue with any other location. Soooo… never coming back to this location.

Prices keep getting higher but portions keep getting smaller. Paid $20 for two bacon egg and cheeses that had approximately one slice of bacon between the two of them and was charged $2 extra for avocado. We watched them smear said avocado onto our sandwiches which was just the leftover avocado that they still had on their knife. I understand an extra charge for avocado, but I would expect more than a skid mark from someone else’s sandwich.

Prices are crazy now, bacon egg and cheese is $8. I did a DoorDash order and got a sausage egg and cheese and a regular egg bagel. I received the sausage egg and cheese bagel, and an actual egg in a plastic cup container instead of an egg bagel. It’s funny but ridiculous lol.

I highly recommend Bagel Boys in New City. New Owners took over and are doing an amazing job. The food is delicious, best bagels in new city for sure. I am always in and out real quick and never late to work, which is super appreciated. The staff is friendly, kind, and respectful. Thank you for making my bagel stop each morning a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, since new ownership has taken over place has definitely taken a hit. Often when I go early in the morning on the weekends they are out of many different types of bagels. Additionally, more than once I’ve purchased egg salad that has not tasted fresh. They should not be serving egg salad that isn’t made fresh each morning. Been going here a long time but I’m going to start going to a new place.

First and last time I will be going. With the same gloves handling the register and my food. I watched my bagels fall onto the order pad and can of pens and he bagged them right after. I also watched someone packaging a ready mixed item from the fridge section to a container. The spoonful dropped a few pieces onto the inside of the fridge and she picked them up and put them in the container. I went because they had good ratings and I am very disappointed. Also, the tomatoes I got a were all white.
