I’ve loved this bagel spot since growing up in Old Bridge, and the bagels are still amazing. Even though I live farther away now, I continue to order through DoorDash because I genuinely enjoy the food.
That said, I’ve consistently had an issue when ordering a meat and cheese sandwich and requesting butter. There’s no option to add butter on DoorDash, even though I’m more than willing to pay for it. Each time I call to ask, I’m told I need to be charged extra through DoorDash but again, there’s no button or option available on my end. Only way for me to order a bagel with butter meat and cheese is if I ordered it as a bag with butter and add on meat to it and add it on cheese to it, but that comes equal $20 instead of the way I order it, which is already $10 for the bagel.
Most times, staff have been understanding and simply add it. Unfortunately, today when I called to explain this (again), the man I spoke with was rude and ended the call while I was still talking. That was really disappointing, especially since I’m still supporting this business from far away.
I truly love the food and want to keep ordering, but the attitude and lack of communication around something as small as butter takes away from the experience. I hope this can be addressed either by updating DoorDash options or improving customer service.

DISGUSTING MOLD on what they call these “fresh” bagels. Been going to this place almost daily for the past several weeks, I’m not going anymore now that I found two of my sandwiches had MOLD on the bagel. Plain bagel, I figured these would be used more and so these would be more fresh but no, they must be seriously cheaping out on the quality and buying old bagels. For it to be moldy they must be a few weeks old at least, and they say the bagels are fresh. Very deceptive dishonest place, I wonder what other kind of things they are deceptive about! 0/5 food safety is a must.
Update: 5 months later I try this place again and eating a bacon egg and cheese here and it immediately gave me a stomach ache. I never have stomach issues. Do not eat here unless you want to be poisoned.

This place is my families go to! Not only are the staff friendly, but the bagels are so delicious. Definitely the best. I’ve tried other places before and I always seem to come back to this place..I usually order a bacon, pork roll, egg over easy, cheese, with SPK. It’s so juicy and good! And the best part.. they have joes tea to pair with.. I’ve only had one minor issue one time.. they forgot the bacon, I called them and they asked me if I wanted the bacon on the side or if they should make a new sandwich. I didn’t want to trouble too much so I told them to put it on the side and I’ll pick it up. Needless to say, they made it right with no hesitation.

Great bagel spot if you wanna wait 20 min pick up for just 3 bagels and a muffin. Does not match the brooklyn locations.
Placed an order 10 min ahead, got told twice after 20 min to wait for someone to pull a bagel off a shelf. Bagels were super chewey and not fresh at 10 am, Trash.

Good bagels. Long wait time but well worth it. Wide variety of bagels and other breakfast delights available. I ordered a garlic bagel with jalapeno omelette and it was delicious but very messy. Hot chocolate is good but not great. My wife ordered an everything bagel with eggs and she thought it was tasty. Our order was incorrect but it was minor, and we can tolerate the mistakes. Staff were very busy but attentive to customers. Bathroom was clean.

First experience – long line but moved pretty quickly. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, paid almost $9, sat in my car to eat it and it was fully cold. Popped it in the toaster oven when I got home, ended up being pretty good, but I prefer my food served hot especially when I’m paying for it

This place is one of the worst bagel stores in the area.. One of the employees has no idea how detrimental his Nasty angry attitude makes customers uncomfortable. Sadly, he might be management because he seems to be full-time and always there. I only went there for convenience, the food and pricing was not that good. I highly recommend finding another place ! There poor reviews speak for itself.

First timer . Went on a Sunday morning .. for breakfast .. nicely located .. parking is good . Lots of parking outside ..
They have very good options for breakfast – bagels , sandwiches , eggs , omelette etc.. .. they have many bagel choices – poppy , everything etc .. and lots of cream cheese options . It was crowded : there were 5-7 people helping all customers. Took a longggggg time to even reach to order the breakfast ! Slowwww service .. took us 30-45 mins to order and deliver our breakfast …
Bagel cream cheese was so good. We also ordered omlette . It was average . Have had omlette in other delis and they are also give other stuff like hashbrowns and breads .
Overall a good place for breakfast but too slow .

I’ve been here a couple of times especially since doughlicious up the street had closed. Every time I’ve come in my wife and I order the same thing and not once has our order been correct on the first try, whether its adding cheese when I asked for no cheese on my sandwich or the sausage being left off of a sausage egg and cheese. Every time I get my order and its wrong I bring it back and the staff seems annoyed that I want my order fixed. I wanted to like this place but too many negative interactions and just overall bad experience leaves me to find a different bagel store.
