Yes! Finally our search has ended. We found our new source for bagels. Our old bagel place closed. After trying Long Island Bagel cafe and being disappointed, we decided to try Bagel Boss.

Now this is what you call an authentic bagel shop.The bagels were the perfect size and it was crispy outside and chewy inside as a bagel should be. The prices are not cheap but what you get is a great bagel that is the standard that others try to make but fail. Saturday mornings the lines were out the door but the staff hustle and bustle to keep the lines moving. Customer service is always very good and the Kosher status keeps only soy bacon on the menu which was pretty good with my egg and cheese.

Usually efficient & delicious. Today however after my order was taken, the server answered the phone and was on taking a phone order, for about 10 minutes. I told her I am waiting and I would have to leave, she just gave me a shrug,and continued on the phone. Disappointing, I walked out, totally out of character for this establishment.

Good bagels, delicious spreads, fast service and very very expensive. This used to be my favorite bagel joint but the bagels don’t taste good and they’re not as they were in the past though they are fresh. At $100/lb for lox and $20/lb for tuna salad it’s popularity and continued demand has made then uber expensive. I would still come here once in a while but there are definitely better bagel joints nearby, especially in Great Neck!

This is a place you come to if you want food made with care, and to leave with a smile on your face, because the people are too nice here. I would come here every morning if I worked closer. Happy to stop in whenever I am close by. The bagels really are BOSS, but again, they make your food here like they are making it to eat themselves. You know what I mean…

Really really good bagels, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Had the everything bagel and you could taste the individual seasoning in each bite. Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is because they didn’t have just a normal lox bagel. Had the salmon salad instead, was good, but really really salty.

Food is always good here I don’t have anything bad to say about it the location is in a strip mall so not really issue of parking it’s just that I feel that Bagel boss is just the same old Bagel boss. I found that there are much more better places that have much different varieties of stuff, a whole bunch more different types of cream cheeses, it’s not the same old ones but like I said I got nothing bad to say about Bagel boss it’s just that I wish that it would update their styles
