Our bagels are made in-house, from scratch and baked fresh every morning using only the best ingredients. Hopefully the service improves. I waited 40 minutes for food, only to watch those that ordered after me get their food before me. Finally after saying something my food was expedited. That is after someone helped the child look up my order. I did not feel anyone behind the counter really cared. Finally after the long wait I get my food and end up dropping my bagel on the floor. When we told the child behind the register he chuckled/smirked. This is unacceptable treatment of customers. I was able to get a partial refund which I guess is better than nothing. Did not feel a sincere apology from the staff, just we are really busy. The site says to order online for better service but I highly doubt that would be any better. By far the worst service I have received. There are better run places for breakfast to go to. I will not recommend anyone to go here with poor service. If I could do negative stars I would.

Great food and experience. Cashier was very friendly great customer service. The atmosphere was very nice and I enjoyed being able to sit and eat my food! Had my bacon egg and cheese done In 5 minutes. Got everything I needed at a good price! Definitely will be back if I’m in the area again.

So tired of coming here and they’re not open. They open after everyone has gotten to work on weekdays and closed on Sundays. What kind of bagel shop closes on Sundays? Same old tired Help Wanted sign in window for almost a year now. Cheap new owners who obviously do not pitch in when short staffed. Wishing the amazing people who used to own the place hadn’t left. We need a neighborhood bagel shop that caters to the community. Opening at 6am, closing at 4. You have boosted the sales of Dunkin for Parkville and Carney. They’re open and they get the sale.

Oh what a shame , this place used to make in house bagels, homemade recipes, SPECIALTY BAGELS, then one day someone bought this small owned business and stopped all specialty bagels , and NOW I JUST FOUND OUT THEY DONT EVEN MAKE THE BAGELS THEMSELVES ANYMORE ! So for everyone who likes to support small businesses, this really upsets me , I CAME HERE ALMOST EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST , oh and not to mention the lady upfront is not very nice , I was already asked by management to edit my one star review when they first took over years ago , which was unethical in of itself , I will not change this review ! Very disappointing to know the establishment I spent many many many dollars with , has turned into … well the opposite of what it was before which was nothing less then AMAZING ! Now this place lacks compassion , good food, the bagel selection is gone , smh , so sad to me

The staff is so mean it’s a running joke amongst myself and my coworkers. I still eat there but I’ve literally gone to pick up the wrong bag BY ACCIDENT and had the staff ask me if I even know how to read. I’m not even mad, it’s hilarious. Food is great, but they are not happy to see you and they will not pretend otherwise.
