Not the cheapest place, but I don’t mind that when you get a good sandwich. I got a BE (no cheese) and it came with 2 slices of bacon which is a big let down when you’re anticipating a good sandwich. The latte was good, but the first three employees didn’t know how to make it, and it’s a menu item.

Delicious food, horrible service. I’ve ordered from here before and the food has been very good, however I assume I had no issues previously because I ordered delivery. The last order, I ordered take out, and received text messages confirming my order and pick up time. When I went to pick it up, an employee told me there was no order with my name in the system. She then went to talk to another employee, however I couldn’t understand what they were saying as they were speaking Spanish. I thought they were talking about my order and trying to figure it out. I then waited for 15 minutes, and eventually asked what was the status of my order. The same employee tells me that since my order is not the in system, they cannot make it. The manager comes out and says they can write down my order and make it. I told them that at this point I have been standing around, waiting for 15 minutes, so I don’t want to wait any longer; I would rather get a refund. They would not give me a refund, but rather kept pushing me to get the food. I then left, and have now got the money back from my credit card company as I disputed the transaction.
