I was very disappointed in this place. I went into order out, a cream cheese and sliced lox on a bagel and a coffee. I was overlooked twice when placing my order -although I was standing under the order here sign. No body smiles or greets you. Operates in chaos. the lox on bagel was lukewarm. Used the ladies room to wash hands before eating, it was not clean.Would not put this up on my list to revisit!

Not the cheapest place, but I don’t mind that when you get a good sandwich. I got a BE (no cheese) and it came with 2 slices of bacon which is a big let down when you’re anticipating a good sandwich. The latte was good, but the first three employees didn’t know how to make it, and it’s a menu item.

The reason for the three star is that they charge different taxes. One recipe I had said 3% and the other was 6.86% . Two separate orders same day. Smh

Used to love going here with my husband. It was our go to spot. I don’t know what happened, but they can’t seem to ever get our order correct. I’m just so tired of having to eat food that isn’t prepared the way I ordered it. Constantly disappointed by this place. Not going back anymore.

Not hygienic at all, disgusted at what I saw.. The lady at the counter taking my order was the one who made my sandwich. She took my order on the computer screen which she touched and was touched by multiple people which then she used to make my sandwich. She wore gloves only on one hand. The other hand which was not gloved had dirt under her nails and her thumb was bleeding. Gross. Use gloves on both hands- this is common sense. The owner needs to train his employees for this. Food quality is fine.
