I had pizza here today and it was excellent!!! The service was also good. The pizza arrived to the table hot and crispy. I like a crispy pizza with plenty of cheese and easy on the sauce and that is what I got. The soda was also ice cold and bubbly. The establishment was clean and the servers were friendly. I will be returning frequently!!!

I took my three sons today while we were out shopping. I have to say the food was good but the customer service was awful. We mentioned three times at the start of ordering that we could not eat certain foods and this being our first time to a place like this we did not know what every ingredient was. When the pizza arrived for my son it had ingredients which we can not. He took it back and was told it was okay to eat. Just be glad this was not an allergy issue. I then tried to take the food back and was met with a hostile and disrespectful server. I don’t think I’ll go back. What a shame that someone spent all the work into developing a wonderful concept just to have a bad attitude ruin it.

I give this place 5 stars from the food to the excellent service down to the atmosphere. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews on Yelp but then I googled this place and went there my self and loved it. I’m in love with their sandwiches. They serve good portions. I heard they’ll be getting TVs soon as well. BYOB + Good Food+ Great Service = ♥️

The food itself is not exactly memorable. The pizza was incredibly greasy, the crust was very thin and limp. The portion size is good, but with such a limp crust, it is hard to eat. Customer service was good, although the crew seemed easily confused with similar orders.
To top it off, the music was incredibly loud, and while I don’t normally listen to canned in store music, I couldn’t help but notice that several dof the songs played had very explicit lyrics. I would not recommend this for families with children, and I don’t think that I will be returning.
The only good part was the bottle soda, but that can be bought at Wegmans. It was a glass bottle Mexicane Cola, and my first time trying it.

I keep coming back to this Bagby’s because the pizza is very good & light. But, there is a huge management problem here. The staff is so inefficient. Every time I come, I wonder who thought up the way in which they work their food line. The process to order your food could be done so much better. They have plenty of people working but they just aren’t managed & working effectively. I was just there today, and was so frustrated when I left! It truly ruined my day. I waited at the register for someone to come ring me up for over five minutes. I could have just acted as if I had paid, but I would never do that. The register should always be manned, especially at a peak time like noon ! None of the staff standing there acted as if they even saw me waiting, or offered to help me. When the gal finally came through the swinging doors to the register, she stood there unfolding crumpled up dollars and chatting with the other employees. She then tried to ring up someone else’s order that wasn’t mine & gave me the wrong amount of change. She was completely distracted & so unprofessional !!! I ordered a drink, and she didn’t give me a cup until I asked for it. This place could be SO successful & should be – The concept is wonderful and the food is good – They just need to find a manager who can run it the right way.

I went there once and ever since I go there at least three times a week. They give great customer service. I was surprised that they offer Gluten Free pizzas as well. I also love the Cream of Broccoli Soup.

This location received one star because the food was really good. We had the alfredo and a steak sub. But the hours of operation etched on the door stated that it closed at 9 pm. We arrived at 7:35. Right after we ordered, the employee said “Just so you know, we close at 8.” But the sign says you close at 9. Response “Well, I don’t know about that but WE close at 8.I don’t know why they don’t change that.” We sat down to eat. They started putting up chairs around us and when I tried to refill my drink, I was told that the machine was already shut down. I was told that it’s ok, they’ll give me a free drink the next time I come in. Unfortunately, I’m not returning to this establishment.

After learning the Pikesville location was closed, I called Owings Mill to place an order and was put on hold for 12 minutes and stayed on hold until I was at the counter. I told the person at the counter I was still on hold, no apology. Just took my order like it was no issue. Great pizza and salted chocolate chip cookies, but bad service.
