This is my second time ordering from this spot. After the first time I was craving it again I ordered the Bezawada Boneless Biryani, Curry Leaf Chicken and Garlic Naan. Everything was very flavorful with the right amount of heat (medium).
If I could make a suggestion, it would be for descriptions for the menu items online. I know some Indian foods but not all, and I had to Google items. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Bagara and Biryani just became our go-to food truck! The food was – Chicken 65, chocolate Dosa, butter chicken, and Chicken Noodles for the kids were all hits! And that Irani Chai though… Super friendly staff and chill vibe sealed the deal. 10/10 would recommend!

This is an awesome place for dining. The taste is always excellent, and the biryani is especially delicious. The food is prepared with less oil and is very hygienic. When we request less spice, they kindly make it fresh according to our preference. We have tried all the biryani varieties and the mutton keema dosa—everything tasted authentic and absolutely delicious.

We got biryani and snacks for dinner and the taste was really good, but there were a couple strands of hair in the biryani. I didn’t want to say anything about it, but then I found a piece of what I think was a twist tie in the biryani, which made me post this review. There should be more precaution when preparing the food.

I went here for the first time last week, and it’s my 3rd time already since then. Absolutely great food. I’ve tried the chai, punugulu, butter chicken, chicken curry, gobi, 65, naan and parrota. Nothing disappoints, great authentic taste. The food is ready 15-20 minutes from the order time, and everything is packaged well. This is my go-to spot from now on.

I randomly visited the Bagara & Biryani food truck and was surprised I hadn’t known about it earlier. My friends recommended trying their authentic Bagara rice with chicken curry and the Tawa goat biryani—and as a big non-vegetarian food lover, I absolutely loved both dishes. They were incredibly flavorful and delicious, with spice levels that were just perfect for me.

We visited the Bagara and Biryani food truck by chance while traveling through the Raleigh area, and I must say—it was an amazing experience. The tawa mutton fry and shrimp starter were incredible and are an absolute must-try.
For our main course, we had the mutton tawa biryani, which truly gave us authentic Telangana vibes. It wasn’t listed on the menu, but the owners were extremely friendly and suggested their best dishes since it was our first time visiting.
And last but not least, the Apricot Delight dessert was to die for.
If you’re in the Raleigh, Apex, or Holly Springs area, this is one of the best food trucks around. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

Visited Bagara and Biryani food truck with my family recently and had an amazing experience! We ordered Chicken 65, Kaaram Podi Dosa, Veg Noodles for the kids, and Irani Chai — everything was absolutely delicious. The Irani Chai, in particular, was on another level!
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we loved that there was ample space around the food truck to sit and enjoy our meal comfortably. We even grabbed a beer from the tap at the Hub gas station next door — perfect combo!
Haven’t written a review in a while, but this place definitely deserves one. Highly recommend checking them out!

Absolutely loved this place. The staff and the owner are genuinely welcoming and make you feel right at home. The food is easily among the best I’ve had here—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you truly want to experience authentic Hyderabadi food, this is the place to go. The bagara and biryani are outstanding. Highly recommended.
