! Enough said? Ordered a pizza for delivery and it came to my house like it was in a tornado. Called for a replacement and when it arrived, same issue. I talked to the delivery driver and he assured me he drove slowly and carefully and upon further inspection, there is too much sauce and it is made with too much oil. Also, there was too much cheese on top which also added to this soup on top of dough.
Sadly, the staple known as Bada Bing in Methuen is no longer quality after the new management has taken over. Please come back Jonno! These new owners need some training in quality food !

This place used to be awesome since the new owners took over it’s gone downhill I ordered a takeout it was left on my front porch in the atmosphere for 45 minutes with no call after I asked to call when they got here me and my girlfriend were ill all night I got the tuna salad with no blue cheese dressing that I asked for no pita bread I asked for cucumbers and tomatoes paper thin cucumbers 3 cherry tomatoes and my tuna was in aluminum foil the lettuce was off color my girlfriend got the steak salad same cherry tomatoes banana peppers paper thin lettuce was off color no pita bread with her mail and no dressing also had two brownies the brownies were the best part everything else I give zero stars from a place that used to be incredible to a place that is despicable such a shame when a good place get sold and it turns out to be a bad place hopefully the new owners can get it right

Found out Bada Bing has new ownership when I picked up my food. New food is completely different than old Bada Bing. While it’s not awful, it’s entirely average and nothing is as good of a quality as it used to be.
Pizza is no longer thin and crispy; it’s doughier, softer, and has much less flavorful cheese on top
I also got the Baby J chicken Alfredo pizza as a calzone. The Broccoli isn’t grilled or crunchy like it used to be, it’s mushy. The chicken is super cheap and flavorless compared to what it used to be, and has zero char or grilled flavor. Sauce is also plain and it wasn’t made correctly, lacking Romano cheese and garlic oil.
New store front and atmosphere is entirely lacking any personality. Plain and sterile inside with an electronic menu that doesn’t match online.
You won’t spoil your dinner on the food, it’s fine and only fine. But if you were craving the Bada Bing you used to always get, then unfortunately it’s no longer available here. I probably won’t be going back myself.

Ever since it changed owners this place has been absolutely horrible. Delivery people are amazing the girl who usually take the orders is amazing but that’s it . When you call they sometimes have something they don’t .I ordered chicken fingers I get chicken wings and I call and get nowhere. And it’s happened the last few times . So sad it used to be so good

New owners have changed recipes with worse ingredients. Cheaper sauces and worse ingredients are making staples worse e.g. Cesar dressing and croutons not homemade. Fresh chicken tenders are nice but under seasoned without flavor.

The office orders from here a good bit. The food is always good and hot (I mean we are just a couple streets over but more on that in a second). So today when we decided to buy food for the local Fire Department we got it from Bada Bing.
It was a big order. They had it ready on time, they were helpful and the whole process was so fast honestly I was ahead of schedule. 30 minutes later when the food was finally opened it still was fresh and amazing. The firefighters loved it…and we had a great time meeting them.

We just about always order our Friday office lunch from here. Everyone has multiple favorites but the all star and our #1 go to is that White Buffalo Chicken pizza, it quickly disappears. I am a fan of The Vinnie Boom Batz – Chicken and egglant parm, 2 of my favorites on a subroll, their sauce is on point..so good. On the lighter side their salads are super fresh and delicious, I dig their italian dressing. Really havent had a bad thing here. The staff is really nice too, always friendly, no mean mugs or unpleasant faces. Try them you won’t be diappointed.

Bartender staff is quick and personable. Good selection of beers on tap. Only suggestion is get rid of mirror behind bar and put more TVs in this place. One at each end is a bit archaic in my opinion.

They offer “The Best Salad” and it is appropriately named!! Homemade dressing (out of this world), enough Baked Chicken for 2 people, plenty of fresh red peppers and artichokes, feta cheese and of course lettuce, cukes and purple cabbage. It was gigantic (easily 2 meals) and delicious! Plus the Buffalo Chicken Nacho appetizer and service were awesome as well. And a friendly crowd with plenty of room to have a quiet meal away from the bar area if preferred. I cannot wait to return!
