Bad Daddy’s is an amazing restaurant. The food was great the portions are big and the service is excellent. They have a sports bar and family dining. Plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite shows or sports teams play. Our server was very nice and friendly. She was also knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to answer questions about the menu with ease. The restaurant was clean and very busy. It is definitely a hot spot in the Raleigh area. It’s located in an out door shopping mall and it has easy access for parking. All of the servers had a great attitude and did an excellent job serving their customers. The food was amazing too. I had the fried chicken salad and it was huge with plenty of veggies and chicken on it. They even brought me an extra cup of salad dressing. We were there for my son’s birthday him and his partner had burgers. The burger’s were huge as well with plenty of French fries. My wife got a turkey burger with a side salad. Even the side salad was big. I highly recommend this restaurant. They even have outdoor seating. The atmosphere was wonderful. We felt at home in this restaurant. If you are ever in the area it’s worth the stop. Tell them Thomas Simpson sent you.

My best friend and her daughter walked in on Saturday. There was really no welcome, it was “how many”. Followed with “there’s a wait right now”, no estimated time. She didn’t listen and my friend had to give her the phone number about three times. We were made to stand the entire time. The hostesses need training in customer service, in greeting, and how to be engaged rather than worrying about your own personal conversation or their damn personal cell phones while you are on the clock in a place of business supposedly supposed to be serving customers.
We wanted a booth, but we’re forced to sit at a table on hard chairs with both my friend and I being disabled needing comfort of some kind. We reluctantly just sat down when we should have just walked out the door.
Our server had absolutely no personality, lacked manners. No please and thank you or anything of that sort. You would think that the server would have eyes to tell when folks need a refill. My friend should not have had to ask, when she obviously had an empty drink cup. She acted like it was a chore for her to serve us.
I asked for a medium rare burger, ended up with a rare burger but I didn’t dare send it back. I didn’t feel like a battle nor did I want some rude staff taking out their attitude on my food.
I’ve eaten that other locations, and haven’t had this kind of experience. And I’m not sure that I’ll ever go back again because I never want to have that experience again. My friend and I were not impressed. There are many options when eating out and we will probably choose elsewhere.
The prices are way too high. $18 for a burger that I can barely stomach, and I’m sorry but paying $9 for one beer, whenever I could go buy an entire six pack for the same price or maybe just a little bit more is asinine.

We love this place. The turkey burgers are great and the pretzels with the dips are Oh So good!! The customer service was amazing and love the atmosphere. Everything was amazing and I highly recommend this place.

Shawn, the GM, and Grace, our Server, took great care of my wife and me. We went there for her birthday, for a rare hamburger treat. But we were treated more like what you’d expect at a fancy restaurant! Shawn made it a point to greet us and thst the food and dessert were excellent. Shawn is running that location the way that restaurants should be run – appreciating their customers! Unfortunately, this is more and more the exception than the rule nowadays, which is partly why we don’t go out to eat as much.

I was very impressed with the variety of burgers they serve here. They offer a lot of different tastes for your burger wants, as well as chicken and some salads which also looked appealing.
I had the Heat Wave burger and while it wasn’t very spicy, it was tasty and cooked how I ordered it (medium rare). I also had the salted caramel pretzel milkshake, which tasted fantastic, and the sweet potato fries were properly seasoned and crispy. No need to add my own salt.
The food took a little longer than I’m used to getting to the table, but I went with some friends and we spent a long time in this restaurant, so we must have had a good time.
If you’re looking for burgers, fries, and/or milkshakes, I would highly recommend Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.

We have visited Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar several times before and always had good experiences, which is why we recommended it to our neighbors. Unfortunately, our visit on March 7th turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had.
We planned dinner with three families (6 adults and 6 kids). The front desk told us the wait would be 20–25 minutes, but it stretched to nearly 50 minutes with no updates. When we politely asked the manager, the response was simply, “That’s how it’s going to be.” No apology and no concern for the six kids waiting with us.
We decided to leave because we couldn’t keep the kids waiting hungry. What made it worse was that as we were leaving, the front desk staff didn’t apologize and instead appeared to be laughing.
Very disappointing and unprofessional service. After this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

We love Bad Daddy’s! It was our first time at this location and it was great. Our server was lovely and service was speedy. The menus were a little bit crusty (dried food/not wiped down) but otherwise, lovely time and will definitely be back!

Visit on Saturday – Feb. 7th for lunch. We’ve been to other locations and like the other locations the food was outstanding, unfortunately can’t say the same about the service.
I love the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich, it is always delicious and my husband likes their buffalo burger. But, the poor customer service began from the moment we walked in the restaurant. No hello, just a “How many?”from the hostess, after seating us we said “Thank you”, but she just turned and walked away, no friendliness at all. It took about 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us, it was not busy and when we realized who our server was I realized she was the server I had just seen standing around talking with the other staff, while we were waiting. Her lack of enthusiasm for her job is obvious.
I used the restroom before we left and it was dirty, not sure how often they check it to clean it.
We keep on trying to give this chain a chance because the food is good, but the good food cannot make up for the consistently poor service, no matter which location we visit.
