We’ve tried MANY breakfast spots while living on Maui, and this place has hands-down become our go-to. The food is absolutely incredible — you can truly taste the difference in the fresh ingredients they use. We had the egg+bacon+fried potato+toast plate AND biscuits & gravy special AND pancakes. The breakfast plate was great (though the bacon needed to be crisper). The B&Gs and pancakes were among the BEST we’ve had anywhere in the world. Everything we’ve ordered has been consistently delicious, perfectly prepared, and clearly made with care.
Customer service was friendly as it should be! We thanked Chris (an owner?) for the delicious breakfast and he thanked us with a handshake and smile. Real Aloha.
If you’re looking for the best breakfast on the island, this is it!! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will be coming back.

We like that this place does not cook with seed oil and use a tallow. We got the breakfast tacos and they were delicious, but it would’ve been nice to hot sauce on the side. We also got the waffle, which was just OK and we got the bond meat sandwich with the pork belly and that was probably the best. It had just the right amount of spice. It would have been nice to have a little side with it though. The pickle that was offered was just from a jar and not tasty at all. Overall, this is a very yummy place, but it’s not amazing. Amazing, that’s why it gets four stars. The service was fast and convenient.

If I could fly this out to Cali I would!!! It’s been about 3 weeks now since we were in Maui and I can still tell you that the B&B food and team made our mornings amazing. We stopped by 4 times and Mark was super friendly and full of energy each time. So consider this 4 Reviews for Mark in 1 ✅✅✅✅
The breakfast tacos, burritos, and loco moco were all amazing. And their breakfast potatoes with the sauce were to die for!
I appreciated that they had a huge gluten free menu. The one thing I’m seeing other people mention is that they might not be fully vegetarian/vegan, so it might be a good idea to ask ahead. It’s also a food truck area, so there are bound to be critters/bugs outside depending on the weather, so it’s not a bad idea to take the food to go if it suits you better!

First off, let me start by saying I absolutely appreciate every place that cares about good ingredients. It’s unfortunate that it’s rare, but it is. I had a layover in Maui, and looked on Seed Oil Scout for some healthy options, Bacon and Blossom was the ONLY safe place to eat. The guys who work there are so warm, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a kale salad with fish, and also the crispy potatoes. Everything was 10/10. Tasted insanely good. So much flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Those are the best potatoes I’ve probably ever had…love that they’re fried in beef tallow. I ordered the papaya with chia pudding for dessert. Are you kidding me?! It was SO GOOD. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.

Love South Maui Gardens. The staff remembers you if you return. Delicious options! Kids got a burrito and sandwich which they loved. The burrito was stuffed full! I had the basic beach, potatos were cooked crispy and yummy, eggs perfect, buttered toast, most amazing thick bacon! I got a side of local fruit compote for my toast. The chia pudding is great!

We ate there three times on our 7 day trip! Thankfully, we chose it for breakfast the first day and what a great decision! I had the breakfast tacos ( twice) and turkey sandwich. My husband enjoyed the burrito, and really loved the breakfast tacos and burger. I love that they use quality ingredients. Customer service was outstanding, so friendly and kind! A must visit for Maui!

Bacon and Blossom makes delicious food! My husband and I were in Maui for a week and went here at least 3 times for breakfast. We got the breakfast burritos and the breakfast sandwich. We both loved the burrito and I thought the sandwich was just okay. The sandwich lacked a little flavor and was VERY messy but also stacked full of ingredients which we appreciated. You can tell the food is made well with wholesome ingredients. We ate the breakfast burritos and were full but didn’t feel crummy afterwards.
The environment is cute, a food truck lot, but there were a ton of flies around so we took our food to eat elsewhere (obviously not the food trucks fault).
One thing we were very impressed with was one of the workers taking our order, remembered us and our names the next day- before we even had a chance to step up and order he greeted us. We felt that was very intentional! I highly recommend this food truck!

Stopped by the Bacon & Blossom food truck in Kīhei for breakfast and were completely blown away! We ordered the pumpkin pancakes and they were out of this world — perfectly fluffy, rich with fall spices, and so good we were talking about them long after we finished.
On top of the incredible food, the service was fantastic. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. You can tell they really care about what they do. If you’re in Maui, do yourself a favour and visit this truck. Truly one of the best breakfasts on the island!
