I had a fantastic experience here today. The hospitality was truly next-level:
Multiple people went out of their way to help me. One gentleman held the doors while I struggled with a car seat, a kind woman helped me carry my food out, and another man checked in to see if I needed help with my car door.
Absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly tender and literally falling apart. However, the beans were the absolute star of the show—definitely my favorite! I’m sad to see some rude comments. Definitely don’t pay attention to those reviews!

This place has gotten so good! Food was great and the service was even better .. if that’s possible. My new favorite spot in town! Don’t get fast food when you can get 3 meals from one of their dinners. I already got full and this is what’s left …now my giant at home can eat too .. lol

Service was super nice/friendly. Driven by this place many times and finally decided to try it out as we need more local places to eat. Unfortunately I won’t be back.
Burger was terrible. Asked for medium well and when I cut my burger in half it was mushy/ completely raw throughout. I’ve only ever said anything about my food to a server one other time in my life, I hate being that person. But I was afraid I’d get sick if I ate it. Server said that it was cooked southern style and this was normal. I lived in the south for 6 years and never ever experienced this, so that was odd, but ok. They brought it back to put it back on the grill for a bit (after I already bit it, I’m not sure if that’s sanitary for a restaurant). When server returned they used their bare finger to touch my burger and show me what it looked like now. When I cut into it again (to cut off the piece the server touched), it was still the same raw meat.
Inside could also use some improvement. Lots of dead plants decorating the space, and large spider webs coming off them. Dirt from the plants was on my seat when I sat down.

This place is so near and dear to my heart. Not only are they one of the best smoked BBQ joints I’ve found in Maine, they have now catered my winter wedding.
These amazing people made us several pans of their magnificent beef brisket, their scrumptiousy sauced pulled chicken and their hearty house baked beans filled with bits of their BBQ pork.
Not only did they make us all of our main courses, they made special arrangements to have it ready on a day they are typically closed. The way they went above and beyond really helped to create the perfect day for my wife and I.

Legit GREAT food… this has been my go-to for treating myself to takeout since I moved here last Spring, went in with visiting family for dine-in for the first time and the portions are over the top (1 serving is priced right and yet would *easily* feed 2… or more) and delicious. And the service was 5 stars as well. Glad to have this place nearby – love it!

I tried a few items here and most of them were pretty awful, everything is pre-made and reheated upon ordering. The chicken I got was dry and bland, the pulled pork was even worse. The brisket was the only decent thing I got. The mac and cheese was weak. Cornbread was dry and unedible

The food is even better when you sit down and get it fresh and it hasn’t made the ride home. I honestly have never seen the welcome this place has. This group of people are excited to see you walk in the door! Every dollar spent there was appreciated the moment I walked in.

Absolutely amazing! We got one of the family meals and they weren’t joking when they said they dont believe in small portions! We spent a bit but it was more than worth it! Some of the best food I’ve ever had – no joke. The wings and ribs were very tender and flavorful and the cornbread was to die for! The gentlemen that brought our food out were also a pleasure to do business with – very friendly and polite people . Awesome job.. we will definitely be back and in the meantime we will be telling our friends how great you guys are!
