Trust the GPS, trust the process because this is a stop worth making!
We just had some of the best wings and burgers that we’ve had in a very long time.
Quality ingredients. Amazing flavor.
As a side note, the boneless wings are the size of tenders so be aware when ordering.
Would come to Gypsum solely for this food truck.

It’s in a bit of a funny spot but trust the signs it’s absolutely worth it.
They had another Pork food truck that we didn’t get to try.
They also had Cornhole and some lawn games for fun while we waited for our food.
Wen tried the boneless wings they were fresh and juicy the garlic buffalo sauce was very tasty.
The fried pickle spears were the best and they were super crispy.
Definitely one of our new favorite spots.

I’ve had the same experiences as everyone else. The food is good for sure. But it is way overpriced! Gypsum is not Minturn, they need to realize that they can’t price-gouge us locals the same way they used to do to tourists in Minturn.
Also, and this is a BIG DEAL, they are NOT OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL BE!!! I have gone down there twice recently to find them not open when they said they would be. Have not been back since that. Literally the very least a business can do is be open when they say they will. Do better and maybe the community will embrace you.

We previously frequented their location in Minturn and were so happy to learn that they opened this location which is much more convenient for us. Love the different wings sauces and the burgers with bacon onion jam are quite tasty

Tapping out. First visit opening weekend, GREAT wings and fries. Visit 2, shorted wings. Visit 3, shorted wings and fries changed to crappy fast food fries. Visit 3 today, closed despite online hours after detouring to Wolcott due to closed overpass. Too bad!
