I had a delicious dinner here absolutely will come back. Started with the Cesar salad, then had the cacio e pepe and had the prime rib as the main. I split this with one person and it was perfect. We had the kiwi energy drink which was also very good but a bit sweet. Will be back soon.

Came in on a very busy Saturday night. They accommodated us by sitting us in the lounge area. It was great! Perfectly quiet yet fun. Service was good. Food was excellent! Steaks cooked to perfection, tuna tartare was amazing as well as the Caesar salad. For a last minute dinner, it was great and we were so happy we tried it!

I really hate to put a bad review, however, this is totally deserved. We were 20 people split between 2 tables. The steak was totally not edible. We had different steaks and most did not enjoy their steaks. A few of them were totally burned. The sides were not good at all either. Starters were decent at least. When approaching the waiter and explaining that the steak was burned at the top and bottom and it was like eating a piece of charcoal, you were met with a lack of care. Waiter asked to cut steak in the middle to see if it was cooked medium. After that offered to take it back to chef only after kept being pressed about it. Bogota get your act together or you will turn into one of the other casinos that are losing clientele. Again, did not want to post but the worst steaks we have ever had. My mistake was not sending it back but we were late for an event. At least 8 of us should have returned our steaks.

The steak wasn’t good at all, my friend left the half of it on the plate, and again no questions asked. The just didn’t care if you’re doing well or there’s something wrong with the food.We did mentioned it to the assistant, but no reaction.

Making a reservation was super easy, and we were seated right away once our reservation time came up. The service was excellent—our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal.
The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price. Every bite was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience at the Borgata.

What a great first experience at B prime! Our server Maybeel was so good to us. Cant say enough about her. For example, she went that extra mile throughout the time we spent there including adding a candle to my dessert after she overheard that it was my birthday. The man (unfortunately didn’t get his name) who brought the dessert, was very kind and classy.
Enjoyed the venue as well. We didn’t have prior reservations and the next opening was a few hours late but was able to sit at cozy tables near the bar area immediately. Only small inconvenience was the restroom situation as there is only 1 for women and 1 for men (not a major inconvenience since the adjoining casino had multiple restroom facilities nearby as well.
Food was delicious as expected and on point. The bread yummy, wagyu steak, sushi seafood appetizer, and lobster bisque, brussel sprouts appetizer and basque cheesecake was perfect. We were very happy to have been able to get in this time!

We visited for my Dad’s 85th birthday as AC is happy place and he loves steakhouses. We were a party of 5 and everything was perfect. Rob and Mario were our servers and made sure we were well taken care of the entire evening. We had read reviews on different dishes but decided to ignore them and ordered what we wanted, so glad we did. Nothing we had was disappointing. The sushi was amazing, the shrimp cocktail was huge and fresh. The steaks were cooked to perfection and sides were outrageous. They brought out a macaroon with a candle for my dad and the table shared the cheesecake, ice cream sandwichs and chocolate cake. Needless to say, we were in dessert heaven but took a lot back to the rooms as the portions were made for at least 3 people. We will definitely go back next time we are at the Borgota.

Dined at B-Prime on Sunday December 21st for a last minute trip to Borgata. The food, the service, the ambiance – everything was 100% on point. Our server Goce was attentive and the epitome of a top shelf waiter in a top shelf restaurant. Goce was able to pair a fabulous wine with our dinner, recommended perfect accompaniments, and followed up with a spectacular dessert. We will definitely request him as our server next time! The chateaubriand was exquisite, the A5 Kobe was phenomenal. We are already planning our return next month – absolutely with every single calorie!
