Never eaten at a back yard burgers before. Stopped while driving and want a great surprise. Best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Juicy and lots of flavor. Chicken was huge and hung over bun as you see in photos but never get. I will be going again in the future.

I stopped by for a quick bite before work. I ordered a double blacken burger with pepper jack cheese and a small drink. When It come down to pay for my food my card wouldn’t read but turns out my card was expired. So I told them I have no other way of payment. So I said thanks and headed to my car. Not even 30 seconds the girL at the counter came out after me. She asked me to come back in. An the manager or possibly the owner gave me food for free. He told me it was on him. I’m usally treated different cause of my appearance but he treated me like a person. So I definitely will be back. Thanks for the awesome service.

We were traveling through from Indy and wife wanted her veggie burger so we stopped here to try theirs. Veggie burger and Garlic Parmesan waffle fries was good maybe burger would be great if it had a house sauce for it. But the hospitality at drive thru was OUTSTANDING!!!

The burger was delicious (mushroom and Swiss). You can have seasoned fries or waffle cut. I chose the waffle. They were ok, but that might be because I’m really picky about fries. The chili was good and the service was really good, too.

First time. Great burgers. I got the Texas Melt and it was juicy and delicious. My wife got the Hawaiian Chicken and she said the breast was a little dry. We’ll try it again in the future.

The Bacon Cheddar Burger, Onion rings and Sweet Ice Tea was great but the attentiveness from Stefani was excellent. She made the visit worth the trip. Bubbly happy personality and attractive. Genuine was what I perceived.

The food is average. All sandwiches are less in size in what one can get at most of the burger chains. The real downfall is the total lack of customer service. There was only one party of three dining in, and one car in the drive-thru. I end up waiting 15 minutes, and have to return to the counter to ask where my food may be. Teen hottie employee decides to become argumentative, with attempted justification that they’re training. That’s not my problem.

Work is needed on the portion size. Food is average as expected. Customer service has improved over the last year or so. Very friendly staff who check on customers regularly.
