The staff was so nice. They’re a credit all by themselves. The #1 Burger is excellent. With everything on it. I enjoyed it. Better than most. I’ve always wanted to try one and now that I’ve had the chance, I’ll be back. I highly recommend it for a quality Burger.

Truly one of the best reliable and consistent chains. BYB is the place worthy of bypassing all other food chains. French fries served several ways, unique and offers so many ways to create the perfect burger for your tastes. Starting with the most important and unfortunately (by other fast food chains) often overlooked mainstay.. The burger patties. BYB is the one that tastes most like the burgers I have had over the years made at home by some very talented cooks. A must if you love REAL burgers and are not into the McDonald’s, Burger King, Krystal type of their style of burgers.

The food was hot and good. But I hadn’t been here in a while and they’ve changed their tenders. I honestly feel the new tenders aren’t worth the price. The old tenders were a better quality and bigger. The young lady at the window was great and had superb customer service!

The staff did an excellent job with our orders right before a large bus of hungry ballplayers arrived. We had to wait for a fried chicken salad, but the wait was worth it to get freshly fried chicken. I will try the salad the next time.

Wanted a blackjack chicken and not what I recieved. Pulled up to order and waited several minutes and had to say “hello” got “can you hold” from sleepy head. Ordered blackjack CHICKEN waited at least 15 minutes and didnt get BLACKJACK CHICKEN. Got a nasty burger. Wanted to talk to the owner about the wait bc lunch is short and I hate scarfing food. I assume that who I talked to because that’s who they told me he was. Didnt know I got a burger until I got back to work. Worse than Mcdonalds in Greenwood and I REFUSE to go there! But at least the manager wasn’t twerking behind the counter. Good customer service is not hard. Greet with a smile, pay attention and work efficiently. That’s all I’m asking!

If I could have given them no stats I would have. When we arrived, there were no customers. We walked in and never was greeted. Not sure if she was the manager but whoever she was she was on the Facetime talking with some guy and she didn’t bother to end the phone conversation. She propped the phone up in front of the cash register and continued her conversation while we tried to decide what we wanted. She was also playing in her hair while having said conversation. This was by far the rudest employee who lacks basic customer service skills. We decided against eating at this establishment and took our business down the street.

Never gotten a bad meal from this particular BB. Everything’s always top-notch. Our favorites are the Black Jack burger, Black Jack chicken club, and of course, waffle fries. The blackberry cobbler is mouth-watering, too, when it’s available.

I hadn’t been to backyard burger in years to tell you the truth I thought it had closed down. I had a taste for a home-cooked burger and found out they were still open, and boy I am glad I did! The bac on cheeseburger is delicious and tastes just like home cooked.

Back yard burgers was awesome… delicious….the managers Carol and Carolyn we’re great..super nice..friendly..the restaurant was clean.. great environment..and the crew/staff a young lady named tacara was very ambitious..super sweet and college bound.. good luck in life hun… I would recommend every go there to eat..
