The experience was fine. Presentation was fine. Service great. Got the mushroom Swiss. It was horrible. The mushrooms were awful. Not the employees fault at all. They all did their job well. Find a new mushroom vendor. I could not even get the taste off the burger by taking them off.

I want to give this location a higher rating just because there are very few that are open. However, they made a mistake on my order. I live 20 minutes away from the location. I have been trying to call up there. But the number is disconnected, and I’m not driving another 20 minutes. For them to fix my order. And it does not seem as though there’s another number that I can reach them.

Fast, friendly service and good was fresh and good. Since BYB closed down near me, I have craved it on and off. Took a short road trip and this was on the way. Hard to beat a fast food burger from Backyard!

We ordered two burgers , had two people in front of us and about five behind us, we sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes, literally didn’t move. We finally had to just leave. We were late to where we were going and then also hungry. Terrible service.

We visited this place and for starters it was one other couple inside. It was freezing in there also; because of the Arctic circle I ordered to go. The associate was preoccupied talking to his coworkers. It was not enjoyable and I probably would go somewhere else. Not a friendly atmosphere.
