I go there for lunch often and never disappoint with the burger, service and cleanliness. Sometimes I also receive a complimentary up-size for combo meals.

The last 2 times I have been here have been horrible. I do not live close to this restaurant anymore but stopped by while on the side of town because I’m vegetarian. The first visit they were closed a whole hour before the advertised closing hours. The second visit my burger was burnt so bad it was fully charred & again I live a decent distance away & could not take it back (included a pic from this visit).

My wife and I walked in and immediately felt welcome. Mrs. Donita and Johnny were incredibly kind and helpful in figuring out what I wanted to eat (I was too hungry to be decisive), and Brian made one the best “fast food” burgers I have had in years!!! I use quotations because it was as fast as a fast food burger, but tasted like one I would make on the griddle at home, not even greasy. The fries were amazing as well! Perfectly seasoned like the golden years of burger diners, fresh and not overly seasoned.
The cobblers were also amazing! I have had “fresh” cobblers from restaurants before, which usually came from a can,. These were truly made fresh, the peaches were obviously not canned, and neither the peach nor the apple were overly sweet, some of the best cobblers I have had in quite some time!

It was nice. When I pulled up a family of about 10 were walking in. So I was prepared for a wait. The cashier, cook and manager were all very nice. If they were panicking I couldn’t tell because they were so calm and courteous. They even checked on us after we got our food. Great staff and great food!

Great food at decent prices. I got the Chipotle burger and fries pickles, both were delicious. Cashier was very short with us and seemed very unhappy to be there. Didn’t even get a “thank you” or “can I help you?” I work in customer service too and I know people have bad days but that’s part of the job. Otherwise our experience was good and the food was great.

Was my first time visiting and the burger and fry was really good. They use actual meat and it was cooked fresh, it had a good taste as well. I got the bacon and cheddar and it was nice to get a burger with more than one tiny strip of bacon. Will definitely try it again when I am in the area.

Closest thing to In-N-Out burger on the west coast. Amazing grilled burgers. Everything always freshly cooked per order. Sometimes the wait is longer than most fast food places but definitely worth the little extra wait time. Also the staff is always extremely polite and friendly

The food here is absolutely wonderful, BUT it’s hard to get it if you work past 5 p.m. because they close way earlier than advertised. I’ve been there 3 different times in the past 2 weeks between 6-7:30 and they are always closed early. It’s really disheartening to want a good burger after a hard day’s work and repeatedly get let down because whomever is the closing shift decides to close early. Back Yard Burgers, please close at the advertised time.
