This place smells like heaven!!!
Our first time visiting. Such a pleasant atmosphere and amazing choices. The owner is super nice and helpful. The scalloped potato bun is so tasty.

It’s hard to see what I’m typing through the tears because this place is just THAT amazing! Got there around 9:30am and it smelled like HEAVEN! Super kind staff that helped with recommendations as well. I have nothing else to say about the food other than that my husband was audibly groaning in between each bite. So fresh, amazing flavors, so soft and tasty! 100000/10!!! For savory options, you MUST try the potato bun (filled with scalloped potatoes, onions, and I think bacon) and the everything brioche with the most delicious whipped topping I’ve ever had. And ALL the sweet options are fantastic (the chocolate croissant had the most amazing crunch yet softness to it!). Oh man, so so so happy Wilson has gained their business!

If you’re looking for a REAL bakery, THIS is your spot! Smeeeeeeeeelllss so good out the door!! Definitely a grab and go experience. I purchased the chocolate croissant & the cherry oatmeal scone-BOTH were delicious my friend grabbed the Banoffee brioche and that was MY FAVORITE! So light and delicious, not overly sweet

Awesome pastry options for everyone in the family! There are savory and sweet choices along with homemade breads and English muffins. We went with the potato bun which reminded me of an Eastern Europe style with potatoes, bacon, cheese, and onions in the middle. For 7 bucks…i will take two next time! Second we got the cinnamon babka which was nice and yeasty. It wasn’t too crispy or burnt like a lot of other bakeries which shows the experience this is over others. Third my wife got the classic chocolate croissant which was nice. There is a line which is a shocker to the public here. But instead of that being critical, it shows how the public truly responds and respects a great bakery. In the future it will be known not just throughout the state, but the country. Truly better than a lot of the “best” we have been to around the country!

This place lives up to the hype… I’ve died and gone to heaven just based on smells alone! Very cool vibe- I just love the mural on the wall as you walk in and that you can watch the whole process through the glass. I tried the almond croissant and blackberry brioche and every bite was perfection. Cannot wait to try the ham and Swiss. The staff were very helpful and offered napkins since we were on the go and individual boxes since we bought some to pass out to friends we’d see later. Location is convenient in the heart of Brentwood and easy parking, going in and out.

He went on a mission and found me this place on the way and I will tell you that this company puts effort into their creations! My croissant was not only the best almond croissant I have ever had but it’s just beautiful! The swirls of flaky goodness was just perfection! I highly recommend this company for all your baked needs ❤️

You can smell the fresh baked food once you are inside, everything is for take out, no sitting area available. The pastries look good and taste good. Wish they have more varieties and different kinds of bread. There’s nothing better than a loaf of fresh baked bread. Be nice if they have other locations near/around Raleigh

AMAZING! We were lucky enough to receive a box of five rolls for my daughter’s 12th birthday, and EVERY single item in the box was phenomenal!!
Seriously, the lilikoi lime sweet roll is the most unique flavor I’ve ever tried, and the Tiramisu brioche was so delicious!

Awesome small bakery!!!! I love finding unique pastries to try and this place nailed it! The tiny bit of basil on top of the raspberry brioche was everything. It’s the little attention to details that sets this bakery apart. Worth the drive!
