Much smaller than I envisioned it being, and don’t let any “first impressions” throw you off at all. We had a number of different meals around our table and they were all “excellent”. The margaritas were also outstanding, and at BOGO pricing (which I was unaware of until the check came), how can you go wrong?
Will definitely be back should the opportunity arise (as we were out of state visitors).

What a great dinner tonight at Back Home. A local gem with a family atmosphere and a personal touch. All the food is freshly made to order. We had the fresh guacamole and warm chips, shrimp fajitas, tacos al pastor, and warm crispy churros with Dulce de Leche. And best of all, the margaritas are BOGO during a long happy hour. If you value great food in an intimate eclectic atmosphere, give Back Home a try. You won’t regret it.

Wow… all I can say is this place is special. Delicious food that makes you want to come back time and time again. The reviews don’t lie. Lamb Shank was fall off the bone delicious. I hear the Ribs are the same way. Recipes come from grandmas kitchen… so be prepared to enjoy. The owner is wonderful. If you’re in the area support this local restaurant.. you will not be sorry. I had “Back Home” saved in my Google Places to Try list for quite some time, and yesterday I finally had the chance to go! The restaurant had a warm, family-owned atmosphere. My waitress, Brook, was very friendly and helpful. I was torn between the hamburger and the pork chops, but she recommended the hamburger, saying that everyone raves about it. I’m glad I took her advice—it was delicious! It came with fries that were hot and crispy, just the way I like them!

I absolutely loved eating here. The food was fantastic! I got the pulled pork sandwich, and my friend got the soup and salad lunch special. Pork sandwich was delicious and my friend said the soup was the best he’s had in a long time. The desert “Ray of sunshine” was the most delicious dessert! Loved talking to the owner; service was impeccable, and the restaurant was clean. It’s clear there has been a lot of love put into every aspect of this restaurant. Will be coming back!

Warm and welcoming with a wide variety of choices and portions that are sure to fill you up. Family owned and operated with staff that make you feel at home. You can taste the old world family recipes and the care that goes into each dish. Prices are fair for the quality and size of the portions. Don’t miss the cheese dip, chicken parm and ray of sunshine. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back!

The restaurant is located in an interesing spot to say the least. Found out about this place from a customer of mine. Not going to lie, when my brother, mom, and I walked in we were a bit skeptical.. It was karaoke night and a few older folks singing old timer music.. My mom knew most of the songs. Food was great though and everyone extremely nice.. We enjoyed ourselves.

The food here is absolutely delicious ! Everything is cooked to order fresh. Never had anything we didn’t like. Keeping that in mind, you may have to wait a while to get your food.
My only negative, the restaurant interior needs to be refreshed ! In my opinion, the food is too good to be served in that atmosphere.

I rarely post reviews but after visiting Back Home Restaurant multiple times now, I wanted to take the time to share what a great little find it is. The restaurant just opened in January and I can see from my own visits that they already have happy, returning customers. The place has a friendly atmosphere and each time the customer service has been spot on. As soon as you arrive you will be greeted by Silvana, who owns the restaurant with her husband William. She is very attentive and has a friendly and welcoming personality. Astrid, the young lady they have working there was also very sweet. To start with, I had the frozen margaritas which I thought were amazing and the best part is that they have happy hour all day!! The menu has a variety of options to choose from. On my first visit, I tried the Ox Tail Stew. It is slow cooked in a family recipe sauce and they served it with the BEST homemade garlic bread that I’ve ever tasted which was perfect for sopping up all of that yummy deliciousness. Next, I tried the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings which they marinate and slow cook as well. The meat just falls off the bones. (A must try is all I can say!) I have already ordered the Grannie’s Breaded Steak twice. It was so good!! The dinners come with a choice of two sides, my choices were the green beans and the garlic mash potatoes and they did not disappoint. Every plate of food that I watched go by me looked better than the last, from the salmon, to the tacos, to the enchiladas and even the lamb shank which makes this girl who does not eat lamb want to try it.
I will definitely be coming back and would encourage you if you’re in the area to stop by and give them a try. You’ll be glad you did!
