The food was good. My 15 yr old loved The Thrasher, my husband and I had two amazing ribeye steaks that were tender and juicy, my daughter had a delicious Rancher hamburger, and the chicken bacon ranch pizza was incredible. There were only 2 servers as it’s small but they were magnificent.
As a southerner, don’t order the tea unless you like it unsweetened. It doesn’t bother me too much, but all the kids were astonished that sweet tea is not common in the north.
I highly recommend a side trip to eat eat.

I’m obsessed with the Thrasher! My husband loves the buffalo chicken pizza. I once ordered a burger, and it hit the spot. We’ve eaten here many times and have never been disappointed in the food. The kitchen clearly maintains a higher standard than your typical country bar and grill. & the service is spot on and good people.

We ordered a margarita and a Moscow Mule, both of which were okay– nothing special. The catfish was light and flaky, with typical seasoning. The burger was tasty, as were the Back 40 Fries. Decent prices and decent food overall. We just wish some of the dishes had been more unique.

Very friendly atmosphere and exceptional staff !! Very welcoming and overall enjoyable experience. The food from the appetizers to our main selection was top notch.. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We never had to wait for our drinks to be refreshed or ask if we needed anything, the staff was always there taking care and checking on us.
I would HIGHLY recommend this hometown Gem to everyone, you won’t be disappointed.

We like going here because the waitresses are friendly, the food is great and the drinks are priced right! Worth the 25 minute drive from our house. Just wish the had music and/or live music.

This place is what makes small towns worth driving to. The food was good. The service was fast and everyone had a smile on their face. The salad bar could use some attention, or just get rid of it and just prep the salads in the kitchen. Maybe just a pickle bar or something. But catfish was great, and my steak was just about perfect! We will be back.
