Ridiculous! We ordered on Doordash but picked it up. The building is not well-marked and the guy working there was not friendly. We ordered two dishes. Cavatappi with marinara and sausage–it was pasta, watered down tomato sauce, and 9 small pieces of burnt sausage for $35! The cavatappi was NOT homemade as advertised. The other dish–fettucine with basil pesto and shrimp was $28 and slightly better. At least the fettucine seemed homemade, but was still ridiculously overpriced for what we got. We had a Doordash gift card that paid for our meal, otherwise we would have returned it and demanded a refund. Don’t waste your money with Baciami. For the price, you can get much better elsewhere. We won’t order from them again.

Ordered $46 worth of food and I have had better in a school cafeteria. Do not let the pics on this site fool you. There is more sauce in sauce less noodles than on these dishes. The chicken dish with marinara and pasta had 1 small chicken tender on the top. The tender was nicely seasoned and crunchy, but not enough for the price of the dish. The pasta was overcooked. The sauce was completely watered down to the point it didn’t stick on the pasta, what there was of it. The sausage and meatball dish had sausage the equivalent of the amount of sausage you would get from a single sausage breakfast link. The meatballs, I have had better tasting meatballs frozen from Walmart. This only received a 1 star because there isn’t a zero star rating. I took pics of the dishes when I ordered from InstaCart but my phone didn’t save them. I wish it had.

Way way overpriced and way way way underwhelmed with the food quality. Feel like I was robbed of my money and a good Friday night. Lastly, they will charge you $8 for burratta that is actually mozzarella. Amazed this restaurant doesn’t know the difference.
