I entered as a solo and was immediately offered a counter seat or table. I chose a table. The place was busy but a few tables were open. Service was quick and attentive, at times too attentive but I will never complain about extraordinary efforts. At advice from the server I ordered the Lolo Rick’s Adobo Fried Rice which is described as seasoned shredded chicken and rice in omelet style eggs. This was offered with any style potato or any short stack with an upcharge. For only $3.50 more, I ordered the Bananas Foster Short Stack. The omelet was large but lacked flavor and was a bit dry. It would have been much better with the help of some creamy cheese or sour cream. I am not a pancake person in general, but the Bananas Foster Short Stack was full of flavor, cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of toppings. I would definitely go back for those alone. If i were to go back I’d give the Hawaiian Benedict a try.

Spam and bacon suffer from the same problem; very hard and overcooked. Hashbrowns are pretty mid. Eggs ordered over medium and they have the consistency of snot. Jelly does not spread well on toast. Orange juice is mid. Buttermilk pancakes are fine.

TL;DR: better cook and quality control needed.

Sincerely,
Johnathan Obama from Nevada

Delicious food with great service in a lively little restaurant. Would have given it a 5 but my bacon was burnt. I still almost gave it a 5 because it was still tasty. My wife loved the Loco Moco. This is our new favorite breakfast spot.

The service was great. The atmosphere was good all around pretty good. I had the Reuben which I thought was a little bit over cooked but other than that it was edible. Looks like their reviews are mostly about the breakfast where I could see that their breakfast probably pretty good. I would definitely recommend to try it and make your own opinion about it.

My first time here this morning, ALL the staff are AMAZING! My mom and I stopped in after a morning hike and it didn’t disappoint. We sat out back which was nice, spacious and clean. The food for us both was 10/10! The French toast is amazing, from a picky French toast eater like myself lol TRIXIE is so pleasant, attentive and even people who were not waiting on us, we’re all polite and offered assistance. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you

This was our first time visiting and definitely not our last. The customer service was amazing. From being seated to be being served they were the sweetest hostess ever. Trixie was so awesome and patient with our questions. Her energy was much needed and very appreciated. She was very attentive and friendly. Her teammates worked together. They made sure our water and coffee stayed filled. They were just awesome. My granddog had passed so me and my daughter went for a hike and wanted to try somewhere new and thankful we tried Baby Stacks. We said that will be our tradition after a morning hike. The food was so delicious. I don’t eat pancakes outside of IHOP but decided to try them and I’m hooked. They are more delicious.

Thank you for a great time.

Very good place for breakfast. One of the best in Vegas. It tends to get pretty crowded in the mornings and you usually have to wait to be seated, but it’s worth it. The pancakes and omelets are phenomenal. You have to try the Ube pancakes and the strawberry banana crepes. They’re amazing! Highly recommended.

The food was good, but not amazing. My bf got the mushroom and Swiss burger while I got the veggie omelette. My bf said his burger was on the bland side and dry but liked the fries. The omelette was good, very interesting that the cheese was on the top instead of inside. Pancakes were on the dry side but the butter and syrup helped. I appreciate that the serving sizes were reasonably sized instead of gigantic like most breakfast spots. Service was good, all the servers were very nice. It’s a small restaurant, so good have to wait outside when waiting for a table.

Update: came back for another visit
Jacob was our server he was friendly and attentive.
Going very early in the morning is great no wait and quick food service.

What we ordered this time:
1.) Portuguese Sausage and Eggs $13.95 my hubby said the sausage was prepared great and tasted great.
2.) Sausage and Eggs $12.95
3.) Coffee $4.00 served hot this time
Great breakfast this time around.

Another Update: came back a few days ago and it was just ok!
Our server was great, but the food was just ok!
We ordered:
1.) Coffee it was lukewarm at best.
2.) Cowboy Skillet my husband said it just was ok kinda bland.
3.) Sausage and Eggs. I asked for Hash Browns to cooked crispy…they weren’t
Kitchen team needs to pay more attention to server notes!
Update: came here the other day and food is good and staff is attentive and friendly!
This place is popular but the wait is worth it.
Be prepared to wait as this place is popular for Breakfast/Brunch.
Staff is friendly and attentive.
We had an order of Pancakes and an order of Eggs Benedict with Hash browns and both were tasty. Side note: the Hash Browns were cooked to perfection golden brown on both sides and moist on inside!
We will be back again!
