What a lovely hidden (to me) gem! We (me, my taste bud Barb) drove over from Boulder City to try the new restaurant in the same building but to our disappointment, it wasn’t open yet so we wandered into this place instead. Our disappointment quickly turned into delight!
I enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancakes and they were absolutely amazing. Barb had the waffles and some bacon and said the same. The variety of pancakes available looked absolutely scrumptious and we’ve decided we will absolutely be back to try other varieties.
The place was moderately busy but our server was quick and kind. I’m so glad we wandered in! I’ve been suggesting this place to friends ever since.

I came to BabyStacks Cafe for breakfast before a doctors appointment and even though I only live a few minutes away and drive by all the time, this was my first time dining here.
The restaurant is a little on the smaller side so if you go during the busy times, possibly expect a wait but when I visited, there was no wait. I ordered the sausage and egg breakfast which came with 2 eggs, 4 sausage links, and potatoes (I got hashbrowns) and for an extra $3.50 got a side of the Ube pancakes. The food was really good and for the price plentiful. The ube pancakes were delicious but if you’re not much of a sweet tooth, they are on the sweeter side.
Overall a good experience and the staff were friendly as well. I look forward to returning and trying out the other varieties of their pancakes.

I got the hazelnut pancakes with strawberry and my grandma got the lemon ricotta pancakes and both were delicious. The staff was friendly and kind and I loved the music they were playing. I’m excited to try other kinds of pancakes here and even some of their other menu items. Super cool place!

$15.00 Eggs were burnt! No flavor and the pancakes were dry as dirt! C’mon people! They never picked up or discarded my trash that I edged for the waitress and it’s so small loud and compact inside you can barely hear yourself think. Find a better place! You’ll thank me!! Waste of money they were friendly though.

The food was most definitely worth the wait! We started eating here because they closed our favorite across the street and we haven’t been disappointed yet! Service is very wonderful even though it’s busy and fast placed. Food comes out hot and delicious husband got pork adobe fried rice omelet I had guava pancakes amazing!

I was extremely disappointed with the food, cleanliness and professionalism with this location. I have been to other locations and it’s been great so I had high expectations going into this location that I’ve never been to. When my husband and I walked in, the host offered a seat at the bar area and we accepted and as soon as we sat down I noticed that a red sanitizer bucket was inches away from me and the bussers kept going back and forth dipping their dirty towel in there. Cleaning supplies should never be that close to where someone is eating. Anyways, I ordered my favorite on the menu which was the Portuguese fried rice with a side of pancakes. I was extremely disappointed and almost sick to my stomach. The rice wasn’t even fried rice. It was undercooked white rice and the pancakes were not even fully cooked in the middle. Both my husband and I pancakes were very mushy in the middle. To top it off, there were two young lady’s who I think were servers, kept going behind the bar area and started to talk about stories of customers who threw up in the restaurant before and talked about the details of them throwing up in front of my husband and I while we were eating! Very disappointing because I loved BabyStacks but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.
