Enjoyed dining at Babineaux’s. I had the beef tips, very, very tender. A dessert ( German Chocolate Cake)was served which surprised me. Will eat there again!

Got a pork chop, mashed potatoes, and collard greens for $13.25. The potatoes were box potatoes unseasoned, the collard greens were canned which would be fine but they had no seasoning, just heated straight out the can, and the pork chop just wasn’t very good. The people were nice and what not, just wish it was worth it.

Great little hole in the wall. It was recommended by locals. Excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and the food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. Small menu but the available selections were enticing. I’m on a diet so I played it safe and ordered the seafood salad. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my food. The salad was a gorgeous,vibrant bed of mixed greens and grape tomatoes. Not at all the iceberg lettuce and generic tomato wedge I expected. There was plenty enough seafood to have some in nearly every bite and the shrimp, crawfish and crab were cooked and seasoned perfectly. This place is a gem and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through.

Ms. Julie was an excellent server and host. She took the time to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. Nikki and Taylor were also kind and very friendly. The food was amazing and hit the spot. It was nice to come home to Louisiana and be welcomed with the delight of good food and good company! Well done ladies, well done. They were ok I ordered the BBQ my first time there and potato salad they gave me very little with a lot of baked beans my husband said the same thing I’m not sure why they give such a small amount of potato salad but that was disappointing. The price we pay we should get a heavy portion.

I eat here every now and then because they got really good food, but today wasn’t that good I got the pork roast and it failed on many levels.
The gravy seemed watered down, the piece of pork that I did get wasn’t hot all the way through, and finally add a lil bit of water to y’alls lima beans. I didn’t finish it. I will say this no plate lunches for me no more, the waitress did great though!!!!
