We had cocktails and dinner on a Friday evening.
Everything was delicious.
Highly recommend the Bistek Empandazino. The steak was wonderfully cooked and The breading was so good that my husband was eating the leftover pieces from my my plate (highly unusual for him. He really couldn’t resist!)
He had the slow cooked cuban pork. Really nice tender pieces.
The plaintains and black beans sides were amazing.
We also had a Carmel flan and it paired really well with a bamboo rum .
The staff was really warm and friendly which made it a great stop. Good vibes. My husband has already made plans to revisit

This was probably the best Cuban restaurant I have ever been to!! In lake Havasu City Arizona. I’d highly recommend try it and service was superb! I don’t know why they weren’t busier.?

Date night a few weeks ago. It was our first time trying Cuban food; we had no idea what to expect. It was more than we could have imagined. It was a Thursday so not sure if it is a quiet night normally or not.
We started with the BaBaloo and Long Island Tea then asked the bartender what his favorite drink to make was and loved the Havana Margarita and Havana Splash. Our waitress, Nichelle was friendly and had great food suggestions. She not only recommended delicious appetizers and dinner she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and kept the water refilled. Everything was flavorful and mouth watering delicious.

The El Cubano sandwich was delicious- moist meat and perfectly seasoned. The drinks were also great. Our friend ordered the poke bowl (bad choice in a Cuban restaurant – shouldn’t be on the menu) and it was terrible. Smelled so bad she sent it back. However, in spite of this we had a great server (Dee Dee) delicious Cubanos, cocktails and house-made Key Lime Pie. We will definitely return and recommend to others. Just stick with the Cuban food, which they do so well.

Really enjoyed my food and service at Babaloo! The manger Jim is so welcoming and made us feel like regulars on our first visit.
The garlic ginger steak bowl (with filet mignon) was melt in your mouth good. The flavors were perfect, the meat was tender, the rice was correctly cooked.
The Cuban is also on par with other good Cubans I’ve had in the past. This place is definitely worth the stop.

We stayed at the London Bridge Resort. I was in the mood for live music. This place was 10 out of 5. Great food, service and atmosphere. Even my young boys loved it. Surprised it was not packed. Worth every cent.
