The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Staff checked in at the right moments and made sure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it a great place for both a casual dinner and a special night out.
The standout dishes for me were the curry, which had incredible depth of flavour, and the Pad Thai, which was cooked perfectly. Portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable for the quality offered.
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys authentic Thai cuisine and a pleasant dining experience.
The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was fresh, vibrant and full of flavour — perfectly balanced and clearly made with care. You can really taste the authenticity. The Thai green curry was rich and fragrant, the starters were light and delicious.
The staff were attentive without being intrusive, friendly and genuinely happy to help. It felt like they truly cared that we had a good experience.
If you’re looking for gorgeous Thai food, lovely ambience and great service, I would highly recommend!!
It’s great to see consistency in both quality and service. Baan Thitiya remains one of my go-to spots for authentic Thai cuisine, and I’ll definitely be back again soon.
We had a fresh salad to start, along with a few small starters, all nicely done. For mains, we ordered a red curry, a chicken and cashew stir fry, thick noodles, and rice. Everything was well cooked, flavours were good, and portions were sensible. Overall, good, reasonably priced food without any fuss.
We were staying nearby as we were flying out from Stansted the next day, so the location was very convenient. It worked perfectly for an easy, relaxed meal before travelling.
Definitely recommend and I’d happily go back again if I’m in the area.
Ordered at 5:48 and was told to collect in 30 minutes. Arrived on time (6:15) but still no food by 7:23, over an hour and a half since order and OVER AN HOUR LATE!
Demanded my money be refunded as my valentine’s meal and evening was ruined. We ended up eating late and my wife started cooking for us before I’d even left the restaurant out of pure frustration.
Very frustrating, no sincere apology received at any stage. No updates of any note while they watched me stand there for an hour! Total waste of time
Such a shame as we always enjoyed the food. We will not be paying any more money to this company
I ordered over two hours ago and, despite multiple delays being shown in the app, the order has still not arrived. I completely understand that restaurants can become very busy, but a delay of this length is disappointing, particularly as no realistic timeframe was communicated.
Had I known the wait would be this long, I would not have placed the order. At this point the food is no longer suitable for the time it was intended, and the experience has been frustrating.
A number of customers I met on 31 December 2025 said that they had ordered directly at 2pm the same day, and they ended up waiting longer than I did.
I would appreciate you looking into this and advising what resolution can be offered, whether that is a refund or another appropriate gesture.
I’ve previously enjoyed food from your restaurant, which is why this is particularly disappointing. I hope we can resolve this fairly.
They were too busy to be accepting take away orders and cancelled our order at 9pm when we had placed the order at 7.45pm.
I repeatedly tried calling the restaurant and got no answer. When they accept the order with Go-getters you can’t cancel it as a customer – this means you are messing customers around.
Go-getters phoned us to say they were sorry that the restaurant was too busy to fulfill the order.
They sell good food and I shall be sad not to order from them again due to this level of poor service.
