Flatbread a little expensive for the size and skimpy on the toppings, but tasty.
Wife’s burger was ordered medium, came out on the very rare side; the bun was soaked in red. Told her to return it but she doesn’t like to be a bother. She didn’t end up finishing it. Fries were great.
There’s potential. The place is huge.
Service staff friendly and attentive.
Button up the cooking and it would be a great place.

First off the staff is very friendly especially the girl at the front desk! I’ve been here numerous times to dine in and I’m always impressed by the decor and ambience! The staff has always gone out of their way to make me comfortable.
Tonight I got take out and I enjoyed every last bite of the Kale & Quinoa Salad with salmon! I highly recommend it! I also love the steak and cheese egg rolls from here, they never disappoint! The hostess made it very easy to place my pick up order and it was there waiting for me upon arrival. Everything was perfect!

What a great restaurant! I was there recently on a very cold night and ordered the red wine braised short rib. Delicious and hit the spot! The decor is just right for trendy, casual dining: warm, modern, stylish, and unfussy. The staff and servers were friendly and attentive. My only negative about it, is that the restaurant is located at the Kingston Collection, which appears to be a ghost town and because of that, does B3 Restaurant a real injustice.

Stay away and definitely don’t go on a Saturday night/ special occasion like your mother in laws birthday dinner!
First, when I asked if they had kid seating/menus, the hostess said the children would be okay as long as they didn’t scream, she just couldn’t handle that right now, she had a headache or a long day or something like that. I didn’t know what to say to her so I just kinda softly smiled back while she got the menus ready.
The restaurant was almost completely empty (maybe 2 small tables int the entire place) so we sat right away and orderedshortly after. One meal (baked mac and chz) and kids meal (grilled chz) came out, more than 5 minutes later the steak came out. It was ordered rare, but came out medium-well. We then waited a long time for the Caesar Salad before we literally had to ask when it was still coming out.
While waiting for the salad they finished their drink and asked for another when it finally got delivered. We then had to follow up asking for the drink not once, but twice.
We noticed another table done, waiting for a long time for their check. Their replacement table then waited forever to have their order taken.
We waited a long time for our check. To the point where my mother in law then decided to start a timer. We got the kids ready, strapped into their strollers. We got bundled up.
We’re standing around the table for about 5 minutes. My husband walked to the other side of the mall, started the car to get it warmed up and drive it over. I stacked our dishes. My mother in law asked the hostess to see the manager and for 3 to go containers. The hostess brought 2 boxes over.
Our server walks by with a close table’s drinks and see us standing there and leaves. We wait. She comes out of the bar room with 2 dishes makes eye contact and heads to the kitchen. But she has dirty or wrong dishes or something, so we think no biggie, she’ll probably be right back since we made eye contact.
We wait 5-10 more minutes. The server finally walks back over with the check and tries to walk away but I stop her and say I already had the card ready and hand it over and she goes to run it. My husband gets back as she’s walking over and starts trying to sign it. The head bartender comes over now, saying the manager was busy but sent him instead and they’ve offered to comp the meal 50%. They then had to void the check he just signed and run it again.
Mind you – when we were initially done eating, I took the baby to get changed into he ladies room, large stall. DO NOT RECIMMEND CHANGING BABY there. Unless you want to use your leg to leverage the changing table so it’s safe and it’s not tilting towards the floor dumping your baby on the floor. No trash local to the large stall either. You have to go from the end of the stalls, past the sinks, up to the bathroom door to dispose of the diaper. It wasn’t until after I returned from changing the diaper that my mother in law even started said timer on her phone. I wasn’t going to mention the bathroom experience. But after the check wait, on top of the hostess comment, drinks and overcooked meat, this tired mom has had enough sorry… I’m not sure what the timer finally totalled if she bothered to go back to check. I’m afraid to ask. I’m embarrassed for them.
Bad review. Avoid. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Good was great, drinks was fantastic, and our server, Kate, was absolutely incredible. She knew the menu well and offered great suggestions which we thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely come again!

Service was quite lacking. Meals were delivered to the table staggered. The last meal was almost 10 minutes after the 1st. I’m quite sure my new York strip was not a new York strip. I ordered it rare and it came much closer to medium. After we waited over 30 minutes I got up and asked for boxes. There were 2 employees that were looking at us through this whole thing that did not step up. We were dressed and standing with two babies in their strollers for another 20 minutes before I went and asked for another box and a manager. They did end up comping our check 50%.

Went there for lunch after spending a day with the kids in the mall. Food was ok. The server looked overwhelmed even though the place wasn’t very busy. This tends to be the case if the server is new at the job in which case they shouldn’t have her alone especially on a rainy day where it’s expected the place would have some people at least.
The bruschetta appetizer was really good which made me have high hopes for the rest of the meal. I ordered the prosciutto Pizza which had an interesting choice of not cooking the prosciutto or the Asiago cheese they dress the pizza with after it’s cooked, which makes it look better, unfortunately not taste better. The prosciutto and the Asiago would have better flavors if they were cooked with the pizza.
When our food came out they left the pizza that 2 of us were sharing at the booth nearby and we had to remind them because everyone in our party ear starting to eat except us. Then later I asked for a water and had to remind the waitress as she had forgotten about it. Small details, but things you notice.
Overall a good place to go to again but I wouldn’t say to anyone that it’s a must.

Tried this place for the first time last night and it was delicious! Seasonal sangria (apple cranberry) was tasty and strong without being overpowering. Some good beers on tap too. My buffalo chicken mac n cheese was perfectly cheesy with nice tender chicken (and a very generous portion size, plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day)! Servers were friendly and attentive as well. Definitely will be coming back soon!
