It took the waitress like 10 minutes to come take our drink Oder, then said she’d be right back after she put an order in. We looked at the clock, it took her 25 minutes to come back and take our order. I get that it was taco Tuesday but it wasn’t that busy. At one point she just stood behind the bar for a minute doing nothing. When we finally got the food it wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad, but not worth that long of a wait. We gave it a try since we were in town, but will definitely try something else next time we pass through.

We stopped in for lunch and really wanted to enjoy the experience, but the food and overall upkeep missed the mark.
We ordered three meals: two burgers with fries and one fish‑and‑chips. Both burgers were ordered medium‑rare but came out well‑done and dry. The coleslaw was watery and tasted old. The fish‑and‑chips were also disappointing — the cod was soggy, and one piece was actually raw in the middle. Everyone’s fries were cold.
The atmosphere itself was family‑friendly, but the dining area needed attention. Several tables needed to be wiped down, and there were large paint chips flaking from the ceiling above the seating area.
To her credit, the waitress was doing her best while running the entire front of the house alone. It was clear she was overwhelmed and not happy, and honestly, it looked like she didn’t have the support she needed to keep things running smoothly.
Hoping this was just an off day, but based on this visit, both the food quality and the overall maintenance need improvement.

Understaffed. Liked the frosty mugs, but waited quite a while once ours were empty, and ultimately had to go up to the bar to pay. Might’ve had another beer, but didn’t feel like we were supposed to. Should be more people working out front on a Friday afternoon.

Stopped in today for a fast meal and cocktail. Food was great and received order quickly. Service was not good. Had to ask for everything. Silverware, condiments, and left over box. I requested each item separately. Had to grab my own box. Wasn’t very busy at the time. Will not be returning soon.

Got here at around 5:20 on Saturday afternoon, and it took over 15 minutes before we had a wait staff come to our table. Ordered drinks, then about 5 minutes later ordered food along with an appetizer. It was 25 minutes later when our food arrived, and 5 minutes later the appetizer arrived. Food was solid as always, but I think they need more folks working, and looking around it was half full tonight….

This is a great place to take the family or just have a drink. Plenty of televisions showing the sporting events of the day, and friendly wait staff to help you get what you need in a timely manner. the food was decent, but it’s the character of the place stands out from the rest.

I think the manager is horrible. I told the waitress about my food. I ordered a 5 piece perch Dinner. I got a 4 pieces. Mostly black one of the pieces there was no meat. She even said it looked bad. Brought our bill and the meal was still on there. I said are you kidding me? She went got her manager and she said she didn’t want to credit me but she would take the fish off and coleslaw. I ask why? It’s a dinner. Fries and slaw included. Long story short. I won’t go back. We were treated badly. The waitress became nasty. No way to be, no way to treat customers!

Always assorted specials. Good food, decent amounts for a good price. The wait staff are friendly, helpful and make sure you have what you need. If you get a dinner you can get rice pudding or jello with your meal. Most meals come with soup or salad. The soups are always good and the salads are fresh. The Spinach Pie is the best I have had. Drop in you won’t be disappointed. If you want to drink with your meal B Town Bar and Grill is attached and you can eat off the same menu. You can’t go wrong here. Enjoy!
