Excellent, excellent everything!! Fried flounder with a little taste of garden salad, squash casserole, potato salad and hush puppies with Chocolate pie for dessert. And chicken salad to go!! You cannot find better food anywhere. Taylor gave wonderful service. This will be our new favorite restaurant. The owners and employees are top notch.

I was visiting from New York and when I arrived my friend took me to this location because she liked their breakfast. When we arrived there was no one at the entrance to seat us. We waited around to see if anyone would seat us. Someone else came in and simply sat at a table that had dirty dishes. Once I saw that, i was I sat at the first available table I saw. Once seated, a server came to pick up the dirty dishes. It was really crowded that our server even forgot our utensils when she served our food. The space was spacious, and the location looked clean. I even went again two days later for breakfast and even was able to take something from their lunch menu.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at B&G grill. We stumbled upon this gem while walking through town, and will happily go out of our way to visit again. The food is fresh and delicious, with prices from a pre-Bush era! The environment is homey and comfortable, clearly full of a tight-knit local community. Our waitress, Taylor, couldn’t have been more lovely. She is welcoming, friendly, and handled a busy lunch-rush with ease. Will look forward to the next visit!

The food was excellent myself and hubby got meatloaf with gravy, and squash with onions. The sweet tea was good too.
My daughters both had fry’s and one had chick fillet, other bacon double cheeseburger. The service was friendly waiters. I will definitely dine again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice little restaurant. Went in for breakfast with wife. Food was good. Portions were kinda smaller than expected but I like to eat so take that for what it’s worth. Its seat yourself and hope a waitress sees you. Parking can be kinda tight. Looking forward to going back again.

I’ve been wanting to try this place a LONG time, but they are only open on weekdays from 7-2:30 so that has kept me away until today and a light schedule afforded time to check it out! So glad I did! Where can you get fresh veggies, homemade desserts and great meat for the prices they charge? No where! We ate for $18 and we were stuffed. The special is $8 and it includes a beverage you can’t get fast food for that! Everything was delicious. Check it out if you’re in Goldsboro ❤️

The value is excellent for what you get, best place to eat on a budget. The staff is always friendly and remember regulars orders. Parking can be a bit difficult especially in the afternoon. They do run out of things quite often on certain days like meatloaf and collard greens and lemon and chocolate pie, but they do get very busy so kind of understandable. Best value in town hands down. Comfort food
