Ordered nachos with extra sour cream. Did not receive the sour cream but was charged for it. Burnt nachos, chips were burnt. Last time ordered it took 2 1/2 hours to actually get a my 2 cold pizzas. When I called asking where my pizzas were I was told it just left for delivery. I called twice both times they said just left. The supervisor wouldn’t come to the phone. It’s sad this is the only pizza place in town needs to do better.

Well… I was trying to be nice before leaving a review but I had sent a message and it went unanswered. We order here often and the last time there were no issues. This time my daughter wanted Taco Salad. I bought a family size (which more then half of it are just chips, barely anything else) and it was $30!!!! I even tipped $8. Well, the chips were so old and stale my daughter asked why it was so hard to chew. Same for me. They didn’t even crunch- it was like rubber. Ugh. $30 fresking for taco salad and we get 75% chip salad with old stale chips. I had sent a message informing them tk check their chips etc and even said thanks for all your hard work, and not a single word. The prices are just to ridiculous and the last few times we picked up at the window, the kitchen is just full of HS kids, Noone wears gloves that I saw this last time, or hair nets (which we’ve found hair before) idk who the manager is but….. You are doing a horrible job. I tried to love it I used to love BC but not from EJ. We wont be spending our money here anymore. Sorry. Do better.

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least gave me some of my money back for their crap service. Waited 45 minutes there. The design of their play place just isn’t anything compared to their old one. Didn’t even get the order right. Basic pizza and cheese bread sticks shouldn’t cost $85 though. Prices are out of hand. I vowed I will never return again.

Nothing too crazy or special as far as decor or atmosphere or even food quality, but this was a great value when we were visiting in town. Kids 6-12 were $5.00 each for the buffet and my kids ate plenty. Kids under 6 were free. Can’t beat that value for full bellies. The girl working the register was nice but short changed me, even so, I felt like it was a great deal!

This was our family’s first BC pizza. We are up in east Jordan for vacation. Not a lot of places open except the pizza place so we tried it. We got a gluten-free pizza with veggies on top pizza was pretty good though the bread was a bit doughy. They put too much sauce but they put a lot of vegetables if you don’t like sauce make sure you tell them light sauce because they really put it on. We also got a salad with the Italian dressing, which was decent. The vegetables are chopped finally as they would be on a pizza so it makes it a little difficult to eat with a fork so make sure you have a spoon to eat your salad. All in all for a last-minute decision on a pizza place it was relatively good.

They have lunch and dinner buffet’s. Let the first dinner slide. But a second time NO!! Arrived at 5:30 and the dinner buffet wasn’t set up again. Employee’s were plentiful but not ambitious. Every table was filthy, had to ask to get a table washed and they cleaned the one table. Employee’s standing around not doing anything in a filthy restaurant. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! They need some help that wants to take pride in their restaurant. The Gaylord bc Pizza is the best one around as far as customer service PERIOD!!!!!

The best gluten free pizza crust we have found yet! My wife can’t have gluten, and I chose to not eat a it when we go out, but I would get this crust with it without a gluten allergy, it’s just that good.
