This is our 2nd time ordering and the 1st time we enjoyed it and the service was great. We ordered again today and our calzons are raw in the inside and missing a added topping. We called to make them aware of the issues with the order and spoke to a assistant manager that argued with us about the texture of our food and was very rude without cause. We like to support our local companies and have never had such a bad phone call about a complaint that we didn’t want a refund for.

My fiancee ordered some wings, they were a dollar a wing, & they were so tiny…. Definitely the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. We spent 40 dollars and didn’t even get full… Crazy

I have driven past this Pizzeria more times that I could count and finally decided hey I need to stop in here and I’m glad I did. I ordered a small pizza just for me which is the spinach feta cheese black olives olive oil with the red pizza sauce and the butter spray that they put on the edge of the pizza is tremendous.

I have ordered from B&B Pizza 4 times and I just want to say the food has been wonderful and so tasty it’s always delivered warm and on time and the staff I’ve spoke to on the phone has been so friendly and the driver that delivers my order has been so pleasant so I will be ordering from B&B Pizza from now on and no other restaurant in Griffin has food and service as GREAT as B&B Pizza!!!! The driver who delivered our dinner tonight was so snotty and rude that I doubt we will ever return. We have a large German shepherd who is here to protect our family , and we put up an extra gate to our porch to protect people when he is outside on the porch. He was inside with me but the gate stays up all the time in case he runs past me. There is a chair placed out the to put our food and other deliveries on but the driver named Sadhiya called …AFTER she dropped the food off ans I watched her walk back to her car… and spoke to me so rude and berated me for having a gate on my porch. So very rude. She called a total of 4 times . Just to keep berating after I hung up . Poor customer service. I dont bother anyone and keep to myself . Just wanted dinner to feed my family.
