We had breakfast this morning and the Barbacoa was excellent and exceptionally flavorful and fresh. Menudo was a 10! The tacos were made on homemade tender flour tortilla, a little thick like your mom might make and the green salsa had the perfect amount of kick. I had a Lupita taco and everything blended well with the right amount of cheese. I had a carne guisada taco and hadn’t had that flavor with exquisite taste that reminds me of my ancestors. Service was excellent and they were very helpful and eager to talk about the menu. Definitely a place you need to try that might otherwise be overlooked from the outside appearance.

Definitely 10/10! Delicious authentic Mexican food. I love this quaint lil authentic Mexican setting as well! The food is delicious and customer service is top notch. This place will definitely be my go when we are in the area!

Service is good but the food is not worth the price. Used to eat here all the time until they raised their prices. Decided to stop by for breakfast tacos and paid $3 each that hardly any beans with half slice of bacon and the tortilla tasted old. We will not be back, there’s plenty of other options in Luling

Salsa Ranchera with chips, probabaly best I have ever tasted.
Steak Ranchero, very good. Frijoles, and Mexican Rice…..well, that is how they should taste…..true Mexican Delights!!!!! And the tortillas!!!! Home Made!!!!!
Asada and Al Pastor tacos, were crispy like my wifes loves them….and not greasy!!!
Service could have been better, that is why they are getting a four. Train those young ladies.
I posted a before and after pic of My Steak Ranchero!!! Plate was cleaned off.

Excellent Mexican Food! The place looks sketchy as hell outside, but is clean inside. The kids devoured their pancakes and we had a hard time finishing our plates.

Well once again im let down by a luling taco place. And once again because Lugo’s Tacos was close. This place is an 11 min drive from me. When i ordered it took a good 7 minutes to get my food which is understandable. Whats not understandable is how are my tacos COLD. 6 of em. Bean and cheese. Super simple yet they mess this up. Which if the cheese was melted i would maybe understand but no. Wrapped in foil all that time and no heat what so ever and i open it and look. No melted cheese. So i received em cold. Why make me wait all that time if you were gonna serve me cold food. Countless time i buy from lugos which is right next door and get home and food is STEAMING. SO NO EXCUSE. Luling must not care about good service. This is NUMEROUS spots in town. Terrible.
