I will never go to this place again not even if they offered me a free drink. The customer service was absolutely disgusting.
I ordered a matcha drink and it tasted like plain milk nothing like matcha at all. I’ve had this same drink before, and it actually tasted like matcha. This time, it was just milk. I asked if they could add another scoop so it would actually taste like matcha, and they refused.
Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to charge me more. I’ve also heard other customers complain about this place, and I’ve heard from people who said they’re not coming back because of their experiences here.
You need to hire people who actually know how to make drinks properly. If something isn’t made right, the solution should be to fix it and make the customer happy not argue or charge extra.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. They don’t even deserve one star!
I just hope they open a Starbucks or Dutch Bros here in Somerton!

Love coming here sometimes just graving a coffee and reading a book or studying or to make time as well service excellent there so kinda nice and sweet food omg the sandwiche they have freshly made so yummy excellent job keep up the work

The drinks are good, but I’ve stopped ordering my coffee how I like it because it seems the baristas only know how to make drinks one way… I also find it a bit ridiculous that you can earn rewards from buying an iced latte, but cannot redeem an iced latte. What’s the point?
I got my drink half sweet meaning I got less pumps of syrup for the same price, that’s expected. I asked for a White Mocha drizzle after I received my drink, and I was told it would be a charge of 85¢. I find that unfair considering I already paid for an accounted amount of syrup that I didn’t even get.
Drinks and service are great, but the principles of this place make me not want to return…

So glad this place exists, just what this small town needed! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Love the decor reminds me of cafes I saw in Dubai. Coffee and cookies were delicious!

I only ordered it with light ice and this is what I got. Usually we love coming to this place but now we are discouraged from going back there again. The original staff is great but the new hires need more training. We have been coming here since they first opened too.

Visited Azul Cafe in Somerton after seeing some positive reviews. The young lady behind r he counter was courteous and polite. We ordered a Matcha Smoothie and a Cinnamon Frappuccino. Both were very satisfying and well made.
