Absolutely great experience! The food is good and the service is excellent. Plenty of staff who all seem happy to be there. We went there to celebrate a birthday and they went above and beyond. The fried shrimp were fantastic, the steak tacos were great, the seafood flautas were pretty good, but the lobster roll was rather underwhelming. The ice cream tasted freezer burned but the churros themselves were some of the best we’ve ever had; perfect texture and wonderful flavor. Overall a great experience, we would definitely come again!

We went during restaurant. We got shrimp fajitas, crabcake sliders, lobster mac & cheese, and an empanada. I feel like the fajitas are pretty standard. The standouts were the lobster mac & cheese, and the crabcake slider stove over really good. I do plan on going back.

Customer service was okay? Considering we were suppose to have 2 tables? I was attending a birthday celebration unaware that we wouldn’t be able to order from the main menu. We were told we could order from the main menu at 4pm? We were only able to order from the bar menu? Considering we had been there since 2pm we could have ordered instead waiting 2 hours for nothing. No problem pushing there drinks parking is limited heavy security presence I was going to dinner not a concert. My wife had to open her purse I was patted down at 2pm in the afternoon trying to go dinner. The place was extremely loud somewhat of a day party they seem to cater more to a younger crowd.

I went with my wife to this restaurant for a lovely anniversary dinner by the Chicago River. The restaurant is well located and has plenty of sitting inside and outdoor. It has an ample roof top with incredible views to the river and Chicago Downtown. The venue is elegant yet modern. The staff is friendly and bilingual Spanish. We were promptly welcomed and seated outdoor as we requested. The menu is online but I suspect they have paper copies as well. The menu is ample with mostly Mexican dishes, seafood, and steaks. They also carry comfort food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The food was served pronto and it was delicious. My wife had crab legs that she enjoyed very much. I had salmon and fried shrimps. I highly recommend this venue for dinner and for private activities.

The langostino was fantastic. We liked the garlic flavor so much!
Our server Carolina was charming and we felt that we were taken care of very much as she and also her members including a gentleman busser man checked in with us frequently (at just right moment).
I’m not in town unfortunately but I’ll definitely be back again when I visit Chicago

I hosted an event at azul and it was the best decision I made! I closely worked with Karina. She’s amazing! Very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly! She was pretty much a mini wedding planner! I am so grateful for her and for the customer service I received!
The food was also delicious! The aguachile was one of the best I’ve ever had. The fajitas were also delicious! The restaurant decor was also very impressive! I am so glad I hosted my event here and will definitely be coming back.
Keep in mind there’s some street parking but the rest is valet parking.
