I recently tried Azeem Indian Takeaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The food was packed with flavour, perfectly spiced, and clearly freshly prepared. The portions were generous and everything arrived hot and delicious. If you’re in Abingdon and craving a great curry, I’d highly recommend giving Azeem a try — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

After seeing so many positive reviews, we were really excited to order from here for the first time, however we were really disappointed with the lack of communication, time taken for delivery and then the quality of the food when we finally received it. Our order was supposed to arrive between 7:20 and 7:40pm, we finally received the food at 8:50pm over an hour late. During this time we rang the restaurant on several occasions and were first told the food would be 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes later were told the food would be another 15 minutes due to an error with the wrong driver collecting our food. This meant our food was being driven around for at least 45 minutes- if not longer- and when it finally arrived the food was just about warm. Both the chips and poppadoms were soggy from condensation and sadly the rest of the food was quite bland. The restaurants attempt at an apology was a discount for future orders, which is a slightly disappointing gesture as I’m not sure we would trust ordering from here again after the misleading communication and dragged out wait time for lukewarm food.

The food was amazing everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. Delivery arrived really fast and everything was still hot. Great service, really friendly and smooth. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ordered from, would highly recommend!

Absolutely furious. We ordered curry delivery for 4 people at 7pm on a Friday night. Called multiple times, were lied to by the website and the staff saying that it was on its way and only at 10:30 did we actually get an answer saying that they had just made it and it would be with us by 11:15. Completely unacceptable. Appalling customer service. We’re even still waiting for our refund because they didn’t even offer it despite us cancelling and making ourselves pasta.
