We love Ay Caramba on Merrimon Ave. Highly recommend the Texas Dip, Mexican Corn, tacos al pastor, and the quesabirria. The tortas are delicious and enormous! The salsa bar is always well-stocked, clean, and kept very cold.

This place was awesome! Me and my girlfriend go here every time we come into town. She loves the Enchiladas and i always have to try something new. Not only is the owner very involved, he even brought the food out. You could see how much he cares going table to table to make sure everyone was having a good experience. Highly recommend!
