Not big on the atmosphere but the staff are really nice, service is great and the food was Incredible.
Tons of parking.
No problem for handicapped customers.
No problem for kids.
The sushi was really, really good – in fact the Tempura Lobster was one of the two best Sushi I have ever eaten.
Both me and my 16 year old were blown away!
Highly recommend.

Small and casual sushi restaurant. The fish tasted pretty fresh, but the rolls are definitely more westernized. Most of the sushi rolls are either covered in mayo and eel sauce or have cream cheese. Prices are reasonable for Gainesville area. Service was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for food.

I recommend trying Fuji Sushi on a Sunday afternoon. The food is just as delicious, but it is not as crowded. Our service was excellent and our waitress made great recommendations. I had to try the Mt Fuji after a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint. We also tried several other popular rolls and all were fantastic.

We had Toro, Eel, Yellowtail, Salmon nigiri , Jonesville rolls and seaweed salad. And they are all amazing! The Toro just melt in the mouth. This has been one of the best sushi restaurants we have been in Gainesville. Fish is super fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back. This is a hidden gem.

Wonderful dining experience, the food and service were well above standard. Thunder Roll, Spider Roll, and Crunchy Shrimp roll were works of art almost too beautiful to eat. Everything tasted as good as it looked, and we now have a new favorite restaurant to go to! Thank you Fuji Sushi for a great dinner!
